This one bedroom studio unit was awesome! The kitchen was nice and seemed to have everything needed to cook dinners, even though I didn't cook here. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was large and enjoyable, and the unit was very clean, felt right at home from the minute I got inside. Jill was extremely responsive and her instructions were very descriptive. She seemed very nice and always willing to help out further if needed. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, whether it be for a big game hunt, or fishing at Otter Creek Reservoir, I'll be back.

Great place! Awesome beds. Host was so nice. Clean and great location. We visited the hot springs and made some great family memories!

Beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for us, 6 adults and 2 children. King beds, pillows, linens were generous and comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of plates and cups, both plastic and china. Dead battery in door lock meant we waited about 35 minutes upon arrival but we were in a covered space so all was well. We used the time to check out the indoor pool and gym at the hotel next door that’s included with our stay, a nice perk that we all enjoyed using. Internet kicked out near end of our stay but with data we could cast to the tvs so it wasn’t a problem for us. Laundry area in unit was great to have. We enjoyed the cards and games the host generously provided. We cooked and ate together in the large kitchen/living area. Great place to stay.

Our stay was delightful. The property is as described and the host very responsive! We felt comfortable & safe. It was exactly what we were looking for and convenient for our stay in the area. I recommend it (except for when we need to stay again). Great place!

Melanie’s place is amazing! We’ve traveled to Richfield and Salina for years for wrestling tournaments and decided this year to try a vacation rental instead of overpriced, dirty and noisy hotels. Best decision ever! The place is tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Koosharem. Very nice and clean. Great proximity to Fish Lake. Jill was great to work with and communicated everything with us down to the details of the local restaurant.

House was super cozy for my husband and friend. Husband said it was perfect for what he needed and super clean. Boat was amazing.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay while attending the 2A high school wrestling tournament to watch our sons. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed!

House was extremely accommodating and very comfortable while providing an elite feel with super accommodating amenities. Host was super proactive in making sure that we were well cared for. We were super busy and the house and the host was exactly what you need when you don’t have your own home. Awesome experience!
