Seville : locations de vacances avec toilettes PMR

I had a wonderful stay at Tomas’s place. Everything in the house was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The area is very quiet and nice, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tomas was quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, I would advise against driving there, especially if you have a big car. Parking is difficult to find, and the streets are very narrow. It’s better to leave your car at a car park in the city center and use public transport or walk to the house. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

The space is fantastic super well appointed. Common areas have space to gather that is great. This place is expensive but it is built out that way for sure. the location is also superlative. On the interior of the block, it’s very peaceful and quiet but a few steps and you’re in the heart of it. We would book this again for sure. we travel and Airbnb a fair amount and this place is top in quality of buildout and furnishings, roominess, and location. there was a surprising snafu in the booking with the host at first that did get worked out and we would expect the host to clear that up for users, particularly considering the excellent attention to detail otherwise . we were 8 adults for nearly a week here and it was perfect for us.

Rocio's place was wonderful and she was a very friendly host providing local information and tips on restaurants, museums etc. The property is centrally located in the old town which meant that everything was easily walkable. The roof patio, solarium and pool are great extras and we spent quite a lot of time, especially in the evenings.

Appartement très bien situé et facile à trouver. La terrasse est (vraiment) très grande avec une vue dégagée. Logement idéal pour un couple mais attention aucun produit de cuisine « basique » (huile d’olive, sel, etc.) ou bouteille d’eau n’est fourni. Ce n’est, toutefois, pas gênant si vous prévoyez de profiter des nombreux restaurants du quartier.

Todo genial, muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, bien equipado, con mucha autonomía para todo ya que el check-in era fácil y todo a través de la app. Los encargados han respondido a los mensajes de consultas antes de llegar rápido y con mucha amabilidad! :)

La casa es súper cómoda y silenciosa. Como es un bajo no hay que subir escaleras. La única pega que un cuarto de baño huele mucho a tubería. Por lo demás genial!! Muy recomendable!

Great spot to explore Seville from. 5 minute walk to Alameda Hercules and 25-30 minute walk to Cathedral Seville. Parking on site is convenient. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Comfortable double bed (may feel small if you are expecting a queen size bed.) You must bring dishwasher pucks and laundry soap if you want to use the dishwasher and the washing machine, as soap is not provided.

I cannot say enough good things about this house and the hosts. We (solo with three kids) had to check out of one place and find housing quickly. I found this place, emailed regarding availability and was immediately answered! They also let us check in early so we didn’t have to haul luggage around between places. It was amazing!! Any questions I had were answered quickly and it was an awesome stay. The location cannot be beat and the space is perfect! Thank you!!

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce airbnb. Location ultra centrale, logement propre et bien équipé. Immeuble sécurisé, documentations pour le tourisme, parapluie, ascenseur etc. De plus l’hôte, Maria est très proactive et disponible. Je recommande sans hesitation. À bientôt !

This accommodation is less than 10 minutes walk to the Mezquita-Catedral, the Jewish Quarter, the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos and the Roman Bridge. There is an easy bus connection from the rail station and only slightly more difficult to return. There is a small convenience store 2 minutes walk away with bakery items and some fruit and veg. The apartment has a very private outdoor space and has enough pots in the kitchen to do basic self-cater on the stove top. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Washing machine a bonus.

Estancia y apartamento genial. La ubicación inmejorable, en pleno corazón de Triana. El apartamento fantástico, todo limpio y coincidía 100% con la descripción y fotos. La llegada autónoma un punto a favor, aunque Rocío contestaba super rápido a cualquier duda que tuvimos. La única "pega", la hora de entrada al apartamento. Ya que hasta que no pagas, no te aparece. En nuestro caso llegamos a las 8:30 a Sevilla, y hasta las 15h no pudimos acceder al apartamento. Aun así, se nos dieron varias opciones para dejar las maletas sin problemas. Volvería a repetir sin duda!!
