We had a lovely break. Fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. Beautiful house. Super helpful and responsive hosts.

We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa in Sevilla! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt – es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und zu spielen. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

We felt really lucky to be staying at Henny's place. It is a magical experience. The location is nothing short of amazing, only minutes on foot to the Alcazar and Cathedral, the internal courtyard is beautiful and the roof garden and lovely deep plunge pool are really special. There were a few issues. There is a noisy demolition and re-construction right next door at present which starts at 7am each morning. The house is dark in parts and light bulbs were not all working. It rained very hard, and the roof leaked in the upstairs living area. Finally, there was a smell of drains in the bathrooms. But these issues, which might have negatively impacted our stay in another place, were outweighed by the overall charm of this special house. It was also clean and tidy, and decorated in a very appealing way. We loved our visit to Henny's house.

Tolle Wohnung, ein unglaublich schönes Design - der Pool ist wunderschön und es war keinesfalls ein Problem, diesen mit den anderen Hausbewohnern zu teilen. Eva hat uns eine Menge guter Tipps gegeben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank 😊

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y en una zona tranquila. En 15 m llegas a la parada de metro. También hay un centro comercial. He ido en el finde semana del viernes de Dolores y he agradecido que estuviese a las afueras de Sevilla. Así cuando llegábamos cansadas de visitar la cuidad, se agradecía estar tranquila y tan a gusto en el apartamento. Muchas gracias Carlos por tu amabilidad. Seguro que volveré.

I absolutely loved this apartment, and I hope to stay again! The architecture and styling were so beautiful, even the courtyard when you enter the building is lovely. I found the neighborhood to be perfect - just far enough from the tourist hotspots to feel more local, but really easy to walk everywhere. Eva's daily recommendations were all wonderful as well. She even booked an incredible flamenco show for us. Highly recommend this place!

Accueil en personne par André qui nous a guidé jusqu’à l appartement. Très bonne communication d’Andre qui parle un peu français. Appartement spacieux et silencieux bien adapté pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Lit de chambre hyper confortable, canapé un peu dur. Il est à 10 minutes de l arrêt de bus. La ligne de bus 163 ou 162 nous emmène en 20 à la Plaza del arma. Vous pouvez acheter une carte à 1,5 euros au tabac juste à côté de l arrêt de bus. Il vous suffit d une carte même si vous êtes plusieurs personnes. Le trajet coûte 54 centimes. Vous pouvez charger 5 ou 10 euros. Pour le retour vous pouvez prendre le 157 Nous reviendrons volontiers dans l appartement d André pour visiter Seville.

Hemos estado muy agusto toda la familia, la casa limpia y grande con el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones perfecto, con las cosas básicas para entrar a vivir , las piscinas muy bien con la zona verde alrededor, la zona es tranquila perfecta para descansar pero hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca, la anfitriona nos ayudó en todo, muchas gracias por todo

Appartement facile d'accès, avec beau balcon pour les enfants (trampoline et balançoires), grand parking (facile avec un van rallongé T5). Metro à proximité (15'). La compagnie des chats a beaucoup plus aux enfants 😀 Gracias!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sergio. Emplacement au calme et proche du centre de Séville. Sergio a été au petit soin pendant la durée de notre séjour et nous a bien recommandé sur les commodités aux alentours. Un grand merci à toi Sergio !
