We stayed 3 nights with my family of 7 people. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and the position is great! Just a little walk to the center. The area offers great and authentic restaurants. The check in was smooth, Karina was great. The assistance also was reactive and we didn’t have any issue. Perfect for a group of people.

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

We felt really lucky to be staying at Henny's place. It is a magical experience. The location is nothing short of amazing, only minutes on foot to the Alcazar and Cathedral, the internal courtyard is beautiful and the roof garden and lovely deep plunge pool are really special. There were a few issues. There is a noisy demolition and re-construction right next door at present which starts at 7am each morning. The house is dark in parts and light bulbs were not all working. It rained very hard, and the roof leaked in the upstairs living area. Finally, there was a smell of drains in the bathrooms. But these issues, which might have negatively impacted our stay in another place, were outweighed by the overall charm of this special house. It was also clean and tidy, and decorated in a very appealing way. We loved our visit to Henny's house.

The house was perfect and the kindness of the host took it to an even higher level. I can only recommend it.

Top notch lodgings a stones throw away from the most vibrant bars and restaurants but still quiet, tranquil and relaxing. A perfect base to recharge between Seville’s amazing food and bar scene. Walkable to everywhere.

Casa cómoda y tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Nos alojamos dos noches en la casa de Ana que es una gran anfitriona, siempre estaba disponible y nos recomendó restaurantes y bares deliciosos. La casa es muy bonita, cómoda, tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar y más, limpia, ordenada y la zona es muy tranquila. Es perfecta para ir con niños. La verdad es que fue una excelente decisión, repetiríamos sin duda.

Manuel is a great host. He greeted us personally and showed us around the house. He also sent us a lot of recommendations beforehand and was always responsive. We had our 2-year old with us and he left us with baby tub and high chair. The house was big and clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. We didn’t spend too much time in the town as we drove into Sevilla. Location was pretty convenient.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Eduardo fue excelente. Viajamos dos adultos y cinco niños, y nos sentimos muy cómodos. La casa está súper equipada y perfecta para una familia. Es recomendable contar con coche para moverse con más comodidad al centro. Eduardo fue un gran anfitrión, siempre atento a que todo funcionara bien y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos juguetes para los niños. Muy recomendable!

julios apartment was beautiful. we oved the brick detail in the kitchen. the location is amazing- I chose it because I live nearby. It is very close to major bus stops including the airport transit and is located in centro, the historic heart of Seville. the river is about 2 roads over. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was nicely functional, and the shower stayed hot longer than the typical Spanish 5 minutes ;). highly recommend this stay!

We had such a special time in Seville, and staying in Casa Tenorio in the heart of Barrio de Santa Cruz made it all the better. Fernando was at the place when we arrived, and when he opened the door, we were met with an absolutely stunning arch of moorish tiles. You then enter into an ancient apartment but with modern amenities. He gave us a tour of the property and history of the house, and gave us a list of places to see while we were there. The apartment is centrally located to everything and set within a charming maze of streets filled with lively restaurants. On our last day we had some difficulty getting a taxi for our family of 5 and Fernando went out of his way to run down 2 taxis for us. Thankfully we made it to our train!

We had a wonderful stay in Seville. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The rooftop and pool were enjoyed by all and it was a prefect stay for 2 families. Nice beds and bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen. Would definitely rebook on our next trip to Seville.

Don’t know what to start with but here you go: location, property, communication was top quality!! We had our flight early in the morning and I forgot my luggage as I was in a hurry with the taxi waiting outside. When I got to the car I realised is something missing. I have texted into the chat before 5 in the morning without no expectation for someone to see it for obvious reasons 😅 however I had hope! I was extremely distressed because of the situation and didn’t knew what to do but I had to go to the airport with my friends. Few minutes after my text ,Mikel contacted me and I have explained what happened. He offered to go to the property, collect my backpack and bring it to the airport, all in less than 40 minutes. I cannot describe how relieved and overjoyed I felt as what Mikel did, is not something that someone usually does on a Sunday morning before 5:00.. The backpack had sweets & souvenirs for my children therefore Mikel brought joy for my daughters as well😊 Highly recommend

La habitación estaba super limpia, la cama y almohadas eran cómodas. Se accede con gran facilidad y puedes aparcar cerca sin problemas. Si tuviera que poner un pero, sería que al tener una ventana común y el baño “descubierto” se condensaba mucho la humedad , entiendo que con ese tema no se puede hacer nada por lo que no ha repercutido en mi valoración.

7명 가족이 5일동안 너무 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 1층 공용공간, 2층이 개인공간이라 생활패턴이 다른 부모님과 아이들이 편하게 지낼수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 식탁이 충분히 넓었고 조리실과 분리 되있는점도 좋았는데 조명이 조금 어두웠습니다. 사용하진 않았지만 바베큐 할수있는 야외도 있고 세탁실에 세탁기와 건조기, 세제가 잘 구비 되어 있습니다. 욕실이 3군데 화장실 4개인데 1층 화장실은 냄새가 좀 많이 났고 나머지는 괜찮았습니다. 난방기가 방별로 있어서 적당한 온도에 잘 지냈습니다. 첫날과 마지막날은 렌트를 하지 않아 버스를 이용했는데 현금을 준비하시면 좋습니다. (편도 1.7유로) 시내에서 쓰는 버스카드(투쌈카드)는 이용불가였습니다. 가족이 조용히 휴가를 즐기기 원한다면 강력하게 추천합니다.

I stayed for a month, so I got a good sense of the place. Other reviewers rave about the location, and they're right to. It's perfect: mere steps from the cross-downtown streetcar, and barely a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral & Alcazar -- but the Plaza del Salvador is less touristy and more of a local hangout. Other reviewers rave about the home, and they're right to. It's 3 gorgeous floors with ample bathrooms and privacy -- perfect for families or larger groups. The first is a full studio apartment with BR, BA, breakfast nook and kitchenette. The second is a full kitchen & LR with ample couches and a dining table for 6. The third is 2BR/2BA. Plus a roof deck with breathtaking views. The first-floor "apartment" is actually on the 2nd floor, over a restaurant, so stairs are unavoidable. NB. Both the service and the value are outstanding. I've never stayed in an AirBnB with more friendly, attentive, responsive owners. And the value, for this size and this location, is superb.
