La casa de Ricardo se encuentra en una localizacion perfecta, muy cerca del centro a traves de una avenida que te lleva directo en 20 minutos andando. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y la comunicación con el anfitrion fue perfecta.

Perfect location if you want to explore Seville! Very near the centre, the road the flat is located is quiet and we didn’t experience much noise. Parking was a short walk away from the flat. Miguel was very kind and helpful in getting us set up for the few days we were there. The flat itself is just like the pictures, very clean!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en el apartamento de Jessica. Tenía todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia cómoda y agradable. Ha sido muy amable y atenta en todo momento. 25’ andando al centro y en una zona muy tranquila. A 5’ puedes estar en la plaza de la Alameda donde podréis encontrar restaurantes y terrazas. Gracias por tu hospitalidad. #Sevilla tiene un color especial.

Aunque el viaje era por motivos laborales y no pudimos disfrutar mucho del lugar, la estancia fue muy agradable y còmoda. Veronica siempre atenta.

Solo estuvimos dos días, porque teníamos a alguien en un hospital cercano. El barrio es bastante tranquilo y con sitios para desayunar y comer. El apartamento impoluto y bastante acogedor y Jorge amable y dando instrucciones claras y precisas.

We had a lovely stay here- the location is perfect and the apartment is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great base for exploring Seville.

The place is as described, in a good location, several places to eat. Only thing we didn't like is the sort of slight sewer smell in a couple of bathrooms. It appears this is true with all places in the old town area.

la casa offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno comodo e piacevole, nel nostro caso durato tre settimane. ottima comunicazione con il proprietario. parking pubblico gratuito a pochi passi . un bel parco a 30 metri . a pochi passi dal centro del paese . a circa 2 km in auto dalla stazione metro per Siviglia .

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is simply amazing—spacious, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

La casa di Nkoula è veramente perfetta per un gruppo numeroso: noi eravamo in 9 ed abbiamo usato le 6 stanze da letto disposte su 3 piani ed i 5 bagni a disposizione . Tutti gli ambienti sono puliti, perfetti e ben tenuti, la casa e2grandissima e le stanze hanno i letti molto comodi. La cucina al primo piano è molto bella e funzionale, perfetta per una colazione tutti insieme. Insomma abbiamo passato 2 giorni fantastici anche grazie alla cortesia di Nkoula e la sua bella casa . Grazie ancora, alla prossima vacanza nella fantastica Siviglia!!

A lovely apartment with great links into the centre of Seville. The outdoor space was great....had everything you needed and nice and private. The apartment was lovely and clean and looked even nicer than the photos. Adonay responded very quickly with answers to any questions. There is a narrow spiral staircase leading up to the apartment which is a bit tricky if you have a large case, but overall we had a fantastic stay and the bottle of wine and chocolates left for our arrival was a lovely touch. Thank you Adonay.

El alojamiento en Nao Victoria ha sido una experiencia fantástica, zona cómoda con algunos sitios para aparcar sin pagar, a 15’ de Sevilla (unos 20€ en uber) y el contacto con Jesús es buenísimo. Repetiría

Smeštaj se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji. Do svih turističkih atrakcija dolazi se peške bez većih napora. U blizini smeštaja nalaze se sve neophodne prodavnice i apoteka. Prostor je poprilično veliki,idealan za 4 osobe. Sve pohvale za Reyes kao domaćina.

Great location, with many bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. The space was clean and as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and our host left us some milk and juice which we appreciated!

es la segunda vez que reservo y seguiré haciéndolo para mis padres todo perfecto!

Appartamento molto bello, confortevole e pulito. Ho avuto dei problemi con la prenotazione l’host ha gestito la situazione concedendomi un check out posticipato. Ho fatto una prenotazione sbagliata, ciò che mi ha mandata in confusione è stato il prezzo indicato in annuncio in fase di prenotazione, ovvero circa €80. Questo prezzo però era inteso per ogni giorno occupato e non per notti occupate. Ho pagato circa €240 pensando di soggiornare per tre notti quando invece erano due. Ammetto che le mail ricevute dove mi potevo accorgere dell’errore di date sono state molte. Purtroppo per me e per la mia famiglia, non mi sono accorta e così ho dovuto rimediare ad una situazione davvero difficile.

An excellent stay with an helpful and friendly host. The apartment is very quiet despite being so close the buzzing bars of the Alameda. Well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The only negative is that it is a bit dark inside because it is on the ground floor opening into an interior patio, but the lack of sunlight is a small price to pay for the quiet and coolness in summer. Highly recommend.
