Juan Manuel fue un huesped super atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda que tuviesemos. La casa era tal y como se anunciaba, con un monton de cosas que hacer y con un huesped que nos animaba a hacerlas. Nuestra estancia ha sido un autentico placer y esperamos volver mas veces!!

Beautiful with so much detail and everything you need. Felt very generous with books, furniture, decor, plants and tonnes of lamps for loads of character. The location was great too. David was always helpful and booked our car parking in advance which made one less thing to worry about. Shame we had rain but think in sunny weather it would be stunning. Thank you 🙏

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Eugenia was amazing !! She kept the place ready for us as we checked in much later than usual .. despite not knowing English she was amazing in communication and very patient and cooperative ! Place was homely. Very comfortable, patio and area outside the house is the icing on the cake !! Pool is amazing ! Overall definitely would recommend and come back again !! Loved the place ! Better to have a car if u intend to stay here but cabs not very expensive at all so Uber comes too!

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

What a great location and a lovely clean and quiet place to stay. Eva was great for communicating and replied usually within a few minutes to any queries. Be sure to check the facilities available in the appartment description as the kitchen is not as well equiped as some other Airbnbs we have stayed at. If you are always eating out that wont matter - There are reported to be 3000 tappas bars and restaurants in Seville! We only used the kitchen for breakfast. There is no facility to leave bags at the appartment, so if you are early or need to check out later from standard times, you will need to take advantage of an automated locker facility just up the road from the appartment (1 minute walk). The largest lockers were about 11Euros per day.

Great to stay in a modern apartment so close to such a fantastic city. The apartment is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the balcony. Short 15 min walk to the metro and into Seville in no time. Carlos was the perfect host, there to meet us and giving us plenty of information especially about all the local restaurants. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It's new, clean and has everything you need. Even an elevator so you don't have to carry your suitcases upstairs. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, Netflix - everything is there. The apartment couldn't be more central, everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of bus stops around if needed. The hosts were super nice and really available at all times. Help was offered at all times. We were also offered a fair deal for a transfer from the airport to the apartment and back.

Great apartment. we enjoyed staying there very much. The host even gave us a lift, very kind of him. kitchen has good appliances. I recommend it.

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, extremamente limpo, bem decorado e com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. A localização é excelente, próxima a pontos turísticos, restaurantes, transporte. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e sempre disponível para responder dúvidas e dar ótimas recomendações sobre a região. A comunicação foi rápida e eficiente, o que me fez sentir muito bem-vindo desde o início. Definitivamente recomendo este Airbnb para quem busca uma estadia confortável e sem preocupações. Se eu voltar à cidade, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sergio. Emplacement au calme et proche du centre de Séville. Sergio a été au petit soin pendant la durée de notre séjour et nous a bien recommandé sur les commodités aux alentours. Un grand merci à toi Sergio !

Irene fue super amable, el piso es tal cual las fotos y esta rodeador de bares y super relativamente cerca. Es un piso 100% recomendable para pasar tu estancia en Sevilla.
