We arrived very late, but Mr.Can was waiting for us at the house and received us, introduced us to the house, the house is very clean and big, but it can be noisy at night, the landlord has prepared earplugs.

Great apartment in a cute walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants. There is a cute coffee shop across the street. Enjoyed staying here for a week. Good bed, quiet at night, good kitchen. Good wifi for digital nomad. Easy to bike, walk or dolmos to city center. Quick walk to a lovely beach. I will rent here again. Sadik is responsive and very helpful. Rent a bike from Doga Bisiklet from Ali for a good price.

I had a big dog with me, but she was allowed to play easily in the yard, she had good access and the house was clean, but they need to clean more of the yard.👍👍

Excellent place, newly built. Located in calm place, a lot of free parking places. Good equipment in the kitchen, good bathroom, always hot water. What I liked most - all small things present here and convenient to use (like kitchen cutlery, dishes, pans, washing liquid for washing machine, etc). There is a sport gym with high quality weights and sport exercise machines (not the cheap equipment as it often nicely pictured in other places, but in fact it appears poor and old). Owner upgraded for free our place that we initially booked to this beautiful villa, many thanks for that. Also, we met NY 2022 here and got small expected present from owner. In general communication was great, owner always reachable and willing to help. This villa definitely worth its money, you will not be disappointed

Sadık Bey çok samimi ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi, konaklama fiyatına kesinlikle değiyor. Her konuda inanılmaz ilgilendi ve çok yardımcı oldu. Evin temizliği de gayet iyiydi.

Everything was fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and modern - it was great having the reception staff available as well it felt like a hotel. They offer daily cleaning included which was a wonderful bonus to booking the air b&b - gym pool area all wonderful and staff were so friendly we hope to come back one day

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik Bay-Bayan konaklama sağladık 3 gece 4 gün kaldık keşke daha fazla konaklayabilseydik… Denize çok yakın,her yer restaurant çok güzel ağırlandık.. İkramlarımız eksik olmadı,çok güzel aktivitelere yönlendirildik,tüplü dalış bunlardan birisiydi… Önümüz de ki sene için tekrar aynı yerde konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Asla ve asla pişman olmayacağınız bir yer çalışanlar ayrıca ilgilendiler dediğim gibi biz 3 gece kalabildik zamanımız yoktu malesef ama çok eğlenceliydi,kesinlikle 1 hafta dan az konaklamayın… Herşey için teşekkür ederiz🙏🏻

Affordable, spacious room close to central Fethiye. Fevzi was very friendly and helpful. He washed and dried a load of washing for us at a great price. Anything we needed, he was happy to help. We had our own bathroom and access to a shared fridge and jug. The home was 5 minutes’ walk to the Lycian Tombs, and the Main Street with shops, eateries and more. The main bus station is about 20 minutes’ walk, or you can jump on a Dolmus (to go practically anywhere… we visited the beach, Kayakoy, Oludeniz etc) from the bus stop a few minutes’ walk away.
