We absolutely loved our stay at Kinkema Kottage! Pam and David’s home is next door, this was the guest house, a former fishing cabin. The house to the right seemed to be unoccupied, and across the river is a (stunning) cliffside, so it was very peaceful and quiet. From the thoughtful touches (the cookies!!!) and well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, we had everything we needed, and more. We took advantage of the snacks, and roasted marshmallows for S’Mores one night. Pam was attentive and helpful, and brought over the most incredible breakfast, hot out of the oven. We did leave to go on a hike, and to get food in Graham, but we could’ve easily spent our entire time at the house. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for providing such a great place, Pam and David! We hope to return again.

Good location. Great price. Comfortable beds and couch.

We had to leave before we planned due to my son’s allergic reaction to one of the cleaning products, but it was a really nice place and the host was really nice and responsive.

Loved my stay, It’s a cozy retreat in the middle of nowhere. perfect for unplugging. No nearby stores, so come prepared. the peace and starry skies were worth it. Great host, highly recommend!

This stay was amazing. We got to enjoy having our pups with us. We loved the farm and the livestock dog that greeted us every morning! Not a bad drive from the lake and there are several places to check out in town. Loved the little home and the best part was the view from the upper deck. It is definitely proposal worthy at sunrise and sunset, even at night under the stars!

Everything was great for my family, lots of fun & a lot to do

This was a great place to stay to take part in the HH100. Close to everything we needed. Susan was very responsive to every question or request. The thermostat went blank the first night we were there. She had it fixed within the first hour of contacting her. Great stay would stay here again.

We came to move my mother-in-law to Wichita Falls!! This air bnb is the most peaceful air bnb I’ve stayed at!! The neighborhood is so peaceful. Anne was very attentive, and had bubble bath ready for our sore muscles!! When we come back to visit, we want to stay here again!! Thankyou Anne for being such a wonderful host!! I look forward to staying with you again 😊
