Sferracavallo, Palerme : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

La villa Andrea de Capaci s'est avérée parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Alles war fußläufig von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt und auf dem Balkon des Zimmers haben wir gerne morgens unseren Kaffee getrunken.

Merci a Gisella et son fils pour leur accueil et leur hospitalité. Appartement bien situé avec une très belle vue, très propre avec terrasse au top. nous avons passé de super vacances dans cet appartement. encore merci à eux.

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w kamienicy w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokoje są duże z dużymi i wygodnymi łóżkami. Salon jest dość mały a taras nie jest bezpośrednio przy mieszkaniu tylko trzeba z niego wyjść i udać się schodami na górę. Reasumując wszystko polecam to mieszkanie jeśli głównym celem podróży jest zwiedzanie miasta

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ideally located in the historic center of Palermo, close to several tourist sites and amenities. The apartment was exactly as described; it was clean and well-equipped, with a charming terrace. Alessia was a wonderful host, always available, and gave us excellent advice of places to eat. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!

Lucia est une hôte très accueillante mais aussi très discrète ce qui est appréciable car nous nous sommes sentis chez nous Ses conseils culturels et gastronomiques ont été précieux que dire de l appartement sinon que nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ses deux terrasses et de leurs vues sur Palerme la mise en valeur de l’architecture et le bon goût de la décoration intérieure L appartement de Lucia est un lieu idéal pour découvrir cette ville très particulière qu’est Palerme Ceci d autant plus qu’en dépit de sa situation en plein centre ville l’environnement est étonnamment très calme On recommande absolument

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alda war bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit gut erreichbar, außerdem gab sie uns beim Check In einige Empfehlungen für Restaurants o.Ä. Wir haben einige davon getestet und waren total begeistert! Alles super sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig und auch an Grundausstattung alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider war das Wlan nicht zu jederzeit 100% stabil, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.☀️ Danke!

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had a lovely stay at Daniele’s place, the location couldn’t have been better and the apartment has everything you need. I am a light sleeper so took ear plugs but the noise did not bother my partner. The terrace is perfect and the bed very comfortable :) there is a Lidl supermarket a 4 minute walk away. Thank you also Daniele for your recommendations. Would recommend for a great stay in Palermo.

We had a great time in Gianni’s apartment. Located right in the middle of the historic centre and just a few steps away from Ballaro market. The apartment is very charming and has a fantastic terrace with a great view of one of the nicest churches in Palermo. Gianni was very kind and very responsive and even dropped us off at the station at the end of our stay! Will come back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend for groups of 3-5. Great communication with Luigi and Giada, gave our group of 4 perfect food recommendations. The location is perfect, quiet at night but only 2 minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants and felt very safe. The patio space is lovely on a nice day. Check in and check out experience was super easy. We also had a car and Luigi was able to secure a free spot for us during the stay even though there was construction where his normal spot is. Extremely responsive. Beds and pillows both very comfortable. 3 full bathrooms a nice benefit. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Giuseppe ist als Gastgeber wirklich hervorragend. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt, selbst die Registration fürs Auto hat er uns ermöglicht. Konnten somit alle Straßen befahren. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral. Konnten Palermo also zu Fuß erkunden durch die zentrale Lage natürlich nicht immer leise, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet und daher zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Замечательное жильё, абсолютный центр, возможность парковки, прекрасный контакт с хозяином Массимилиано и его сыном Джузеппе. Идеальная чистота в квартире. Удобная тихая терраса. Лучше не найти. Обязательно вернемся. Спасибо
