Sferracavallo, Palerme : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Nagyon örülök hogy ezt a lakást választottam mert meg felelt minden igénynek és tiszta és kényelmes volt. Ha meg erre járok biztosan Anna lakást választom.

Tolle Wohnung, alles war wie beschrieben. Salvatore war ein perfekter Gastgeber, auch wenn wir ihn nicht persönlich getroffen haben. An- und Abreise waren problemlos. Parkplätze gibt es 30m entfernt und sie schienen mir sicher (vor dem Haus sind nur 60min erlaubt). Wir sind von dort (Haltestelle ist an der nächsten großen Kreuzung, circa 200m vom Haus entfernt, wenn man von der Haustür nach links geht) mit dem Bus nach Palermo gefahren (3,20€ / pro Person, die man im Bus bezahlen kann). Die Fahrt dauert ca 40min bis ins Zentrum (Google ist Dein Freund für die Abfahrten) Obwohl in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen, haben wir absolut nichts davon gehört, auch der (sehr schwache) Straßenlärm stört überhaupt nicht, weil das Schlafzimmer zur anderen Seite gelegen ist. (Hinweis: Das sage ich, obwohl ich lärmempfindlich bin!) Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

The place was SO BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for a place in Palermo look no further! Marina is such a nice lady and the communication was perfect! Not a single comment on the place! Amazing view and peaceful location walking distance to everywhere! Thank you for this beautiful experience

Francesco was a really, really wonderful host. He picked me up at the bus station and drove me to the apartment. It is in a delightful old building, right on the waterfront and within walking distance of many of Palermo's highlights- e.g. the Orto Botanico , Palazzo Butera and many more. It was secure, quiet and charmingly furnished with everything you need including a fabulous terrace. Francesco provided food, fruit juice, water and wine on arrival (and there is a supermarket nearby). He also arranged to have my kindle sent on to me when I left it behind. What a legend! This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

La maison est très agréable, très joliment décorée dans un cadre chargé d’Histoire. Elle offre tout l’espace nécessaire pour une famille. L’espace extérieur est un autre atout non négligeable de cette maison, une vraie pause dans le tumulte de Palerme. Enfin, Maria Francesca est vraiment aux petits soins de ces hôtes (corbeille de fruits frais et cadeau de départ). De plus, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions concernant l’organisation du séjour, et ce, très rapidement. Une très belle adresse qui donne envie de revenir…

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine. je recommande a 100%. La maison correspond exactement a la description. Un endroit au calme et proche de tout a la fois, pour aller visiter Palerme ou profiter de la nature environnante. Merci a Alessandro et son ami Mimmo pour son hospitalite.

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

Der Check In war super einfach und wir konnten sogar schon früher ins Apartment. Robertos Bruder hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Roberto und auch sein Bruder antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Roberto fragt auch proaktiv nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Weiterhin hat er uns eine lange Liste mit Restaurant Tipps etc. gesendet. Die Unterkunft hat einen super schönen großen Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche. Es war alles sauber und auch alles da, was man braucht. Parken kann man problemlos um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Absolute Empfehlung :)

Siamo stati accolti da Tiziana che, con molta gentilezza e affabilità, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha dato tante indicazioni molto utili. L'alloggio era veramente pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione, che si trova in una zona non centrale, ma strategica per visitare le bellezze locali.

emplacement au cœur de la ville historique, près du port de la Cala avec nombreux restaurants. Le bus navette aeroport (6€/pers)vous laisse a Via Roma et vous marcher 10mn pour trouver le logement sécurisé. Angelo vous laisse les instructions. appartement très cosy et ultra propre avec un grand lit à l'étage et un canapé lit en bas . Palerme est à découvrir avec ses richesses de monuments. Je recommande nous étions ravis !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

Es war alles super und vor allem unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat ein cooles Design. Uns wurde auch ein Transfer zum Flughafen angeboten, den wir nachts gerne angenommen haben.

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, nous reviendrons sans doute ! Un petit bémol toutefois sur le manque de pression de la douche qui ne facilite pas toujours le rinçage. Nous restons toutefois très satisfaits !

Elisa est très prévenante, très réactive, toujours prête à rendre service et de bons conseils. Logement très grand, extrêmement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire, petites attentions. Très grande terrasse très agréable. À un peu moins d'une demi-heure en bus des sites touristiques - ligne directe toutes les 5 minutes pour le vieux Palerme. Commerces - supermarché, restaurants, boulangerie... - juste à côté. Logement qui doit être particulièrement appréciable l'été lors des fortes chaleurs au vu de sa conception. Résidence calme.

Encore merci à Roberta pour ce bel endroit où nous avons pu séjourner avec mon conjoint , logement très propre , nous avons apprécié les bouteilles d'eau en arrivant , le logement est très bien situé et la gentillesse de l'hôte.
