We enjoyed our stay at Ikaros villa. The location was great although right next to a very busy and noisy road. A very short drive and you’re at Lindos. The kids loved the pool and outdoor area and the family of 4 cats that live there provided great entertainment. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

Super villa, much more stylish than photos suggest. Pool and grounds kept super clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large or extended family group but be prepared to walk further and longer to get to Lindos. But there is a bus. Lindos is very pretty but can be hectic early evening so villa provided perfect retreat as it is a short 3 minute drive from the town. Note that its location means that the pool doesn’t get the evening sun. But overall a lovely villa with everything you need and good aircon in all the right rooms.

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

Manos ve ekibi bizimle başından sonuna kadar ilgilendi. Ev çok güzeldi. Çok sakin bir bölgede çok donanımlı bir evdi. Her şey düşünülmüştü misafirler için. Evle ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek olumsuz nokta 5. odanın bodrum katta, büyük ama kullanışsız oluşuydu. Daha çok hizmetli odası veya bakıcı odası gibiydi.

Our stay in Villa Cleopatra was fantastic. The Villa itself is well kept, with its own pool, tennis courts, and football pitch! The kitchen is clean, the Villa is very spacious and makes for a very relaxing stay. Dimitra was a wonderful host who was friendly and helpful to us throughout our visit and in the run up, answering questions I had about the place. We stayed for 8 days with 6 people and we could easily have been 8 people and still had lots of room. The extras like the pool table and table tennis were so much fun!

What a wonderful house and even greater hosts! We stayed for a week and could not have picked a better Airbnb. We had great communication with Yiannis prior our arrival and during our stay. Yiannis met us at the villa and showed us around and he also shared local recommendations. The house was super clean and really had anything you would need for your stay. The pool, outdoor garden as well as all terraces were amazing! If you rent cars, you can easily park next to the house. We can highly recommend the villa, thanks a lot to both Chrysa and Yiannis.

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

The villa was a haven for us - beautifully decorated and lovely to stay in a classic villa with a refreshing pool. Spend the day at the beach and then return to the haven! Short drive in Rhodes Old Town and only a 4 minute walk to the bakery in the morning…Bliss!

Wow! What a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful and has all amenities. Konstandino is the best host ever. He is so helpful and accommodating. He let us stay for free until the evening. In the end we had to leave a day earlier due to an aviation strike and Konstandino refunded us the money for the extra night. I said he is not required to but he said he wants to anyway because we shouldn't have to pay for a night that we didn't use. I will definitely come back to this house on our next trip to Rhodes. Hopefully the weather will be better and we will be able to enjoy the swimming pool more. This house is highly recommended for anyone coming to Rhodes and wants a beautiful and affordable family house to stay. Thank you Konstandino

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

Nice apartments with a responsive and helpful host

We had an amazing autumn holiday (mid October) in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, maybe even better. The house is spacious and aesthetically decorated. Great outdoor area with lots of space. The pool and surrounding area was super nice, but the fairly cold water in the pool made our swims short. We mostly went on trips out of Kolymbia, as there are so many beautiful beaches and views close by. Kolymbia in itself didn’t offer a lot of experiences. The communication with Panayotis and his associate, Elias, was great all along. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were guided to the house and greeted by arrival. We definitely recommend staying here!

Angeliki and Harry were fantastic hosts ! so helpful in mores way than one , the place is beautiful everything you need and they made sure we had some milk and food on arrival which was so helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance great food called Taverna Perihlis lovely staff so caring , we also did parasailing with some very nice guys literally on the beech at bottom of villa everything you need we also hired a car to explore and did some snorkeling in the gorgeous coves nearby and when leaving host met us to say goodbye very caring definitely be back .

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

Es war wunderschön! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir als Familie haben es sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön; der Pool riesig und sauber; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, womit man die Privatsphäre schön wahren kann; der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr benüht; alle sind sehr hilfsbereit; der Blick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!

Har vært på mange airbnb gjennom årene, men aldri opplevd lignende gjestfrihet og service som vi finn av Kostas og hans far George. Vi var der i en uke. Totalt 5 personer. Huset var skinnende rent, ALT var gjennomtenkt. De kom til og med og rengjorde en ekstra gang midt i uken for å skifte sengetøy og håndklær samt rengjøring!! Med slik service, hvem behøver hotell?? Fantastisk, anbefales for familier!
