It was a lovely place to stay, the beach was within walking distance and the yard was safe and secure, great for the doggies . Glenda was friendly and easy to communicate with.

A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

Very cosy cottage. Lovely fireplace & spa bath. Surrounded by beautiful greenery & decorated nicely. I got ready here for my wedding and the photos looked amazing. Jade was responsive & helpful whenever we emailed her & on arrival we received a congratulations card & bottle of wine (for our upcoming wedding) which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well presented with a large, secure backyard for our dogs. The location was great as it was a lovely neighbourhood and walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

Russel’s place was perfect for our families. Enough space for 6 adults and 4 young teens. We seperate living areas, we enjoyed using the BBQ for dinners and sitting out on the veranda. The location is great, really close to the main centre. You could walk to the beach but we took our cars. Really close to red rock beach.. Would stay there again and would recommended. Vu was an amazing host and presented an amazing home. We were surprised to find that it was exactly how the house was presented in the photos. It was clean and beautiful. The beds were super comfy and what great amenities. I loved the attention to detail. Vu has spent a lot of time and energy thinking about how he wanted his guests to feel at home and has spared no expense at presenting a luxurious home away from home.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

We booked this property last minute on a busy weekend. Sandy ensured the house was clean and ready for us that very day. Even allowed us to check out late with no hesitation. The views of the bay were amazing and the spa on the deck was a bonus for the kids. The location was superb only 2 minutes drive to the beach, local restaurants and shops Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach getaway
