Shaftsbury : locations de vacances

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

The place was perfect for our winter family vacation. The home was as described in a beautiful setting with a great view. If staying in the winter months having a vehicle with at least all wheel drive is helpful, as this is Vermont. The home is out of the way, but easy driving distance to ski and explore the nearby towns.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nathan’s cabin for my birthday weekend. We were so close to the town of Lake George but also had some privacy. Despite being on a small one-lane highway, it still felt like a lovely woodsy retreat and it turned out to be in our benefit because when it snowed, the road was cleared very quickly. The house is cozy and the beds are comfy! We would def recommend staying here!

This home and host were such an incredible find! Of all the locations you can choose for a weekend getaway with a waterfront view, I would 1000% recommend this place. The hosts went above and beyond for me, they were so accommodating and responded quickly! This home is even better in person, from decor to the views you get from the living room and bedroom. They did a beautiful job making it feel cozy and thought of everything you might need during your stay. What I especially loved is that it’s very private. Perfect for a relaxing family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandi’s place. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for couples and families. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big NYE dinner. And it was just a few mins from Chatham center and I90, while still quiet and isolated. Sandi was great at communicating with us and was very flexible about check in and check out times, which we appreciated. We had one toddler with us and there was also a pack and play and a high chair. We would stay here again!

Thanks for the host making this place like home. Furnitures are well organized. My partner and I love the sofa in the living room. There is a big sofa and single arm chair sofa. It’s good for staying with partner to kiss cuddle and more. We love the well organized kitchen. Very well-equipped. They even have some stock of food, coffee and tea bags just in case if you are hungry in mid night. We came here for skiing trip. It’s just 15 min to Mt Snow, 1.5h to Okemo. Stratton is also around this area. Great location for mountain staycation.

Katrina was a wonderful host! She was responsive and thoughtful with her recommendations. The home was incredibly clean and had everything you could need for your stay and more. We felt very comfortable in the space and were so impressed with how well the space was maintained and that no detail was overlooked to make guests feel at home. The location was great and the lake views were beautiful at night with the holiday lights! Highly recommend Katrina and the cabin!

Peter was a great host! His house is in a great location! My wife and I went to Lake George for a long weekend without our kids. It was our first time away from our kids in 5 years and Peter made the experience perfect! Peter was always willing to help. His place is super clean and well maintained! My wife and I are already planning a trip back! Thank you Peter!
