Great stay. A few minor cosmetic issues that were very quickly handled. The place is very nice...note it is a 2nd floor unit but with a beautiful lake view. Saw a bald eagle from the dining room.

We loved that the house was on the end of the street. It was quiet in a busy neighborhood and we love how close it is to everything.

My entire family of 11 (5 adults 6 children) had an amazing time visiting the area. This villa was exactly as described. It had so much space in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. We had plenty of room for the entire family. The golf carts were a plus plus plus!!!! Joan was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, felt like home. Beach and restaurants are close by.

Kerrilyn was always accessible with any questions and concerns, she is an excellent host.

I enjoy this property with my lifelong friends and it was a memory that will last a lifetime.

The place and the location was amazing. We love that the townhouse had great ocean view with beach access. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We have a great relaxing time!!
