Fantastic place to stay!! Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We didn’t need to contact Tom and Muireann while we stayed here, everything was as expected. On arrival we were greeted with wine, breads, cheese and cold meats, delicious!! The house was comfortably warm and we had fresh dressing gowns and slippers ready for the outdoor jacuzzi. The place was spotless and we have found a hidden gem that we will be back to frequently over the coming years. Thanks to Tom and Muireann for allowing us to stay at their wonderful house over the weekend and we look forward to going back.

When you walk into this beautifully decorated house, you will feel right at home. Carola has thought of everything you could possibly need or want. We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen which was stocked better than most people’s homes. Perfect, quiet location between Galway and Cliffs of Moher. We loved going to the pubs in Kinvarra and hanging out with the locals during a music session.

We had a lovely stay with Colette in one of her lodges recently. The place was cosy, warm and felt very homely. Colette came to meet us when we arrived as I had said our little boy was afraid of dogs. She even left us some of her own hens eggs which were delicious for breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to going back.

We had such a great time in Galway and to top it off we had a lovely place to stay while we were there, which made all the difference! The views were lovely with the marina right outside our window, especially when it was sunny outside :) The bed was unbelievably comfortable and warm, the kitchen had everything we needed, including extras Pamela had left for us on arrival. Couldn’t recommend this place to stay more, if you’re looking for somewhere close to shop street. We would definitely return!

The place was spotless. The home had plenty of room and bathrooms. Martha the care taker went out of her way to help us in every way. The home was centrally located for us to do day trips every day.

Exactly as described and more. Lovely peaceful surroundings and a beautiful cottage. Great place to stay if attending weddings nearby.Everything was of the very best quality from the bed linens, bed and the best of farm produce. Loved the eggs Thanks so much.

This site was perfect, remote, lots of trees, peaceful, and next to the water. A lovely bouquet of flowers welcomed us to our temporary home and a beautiful sunrise greeted us each morning. The variety of birds singing was a nice change from the city. A handsome duck pair also visited which was a delight for our 1 year old. The cabin was warm and we were quite comfortable. Wi-fi worked well so we were able to complete some remote work. We appreciated that our host is environmentally conscientious. Laundry facilities were a bonus for us.

The pond cabins were absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here . Iveta was extremely friendly and helpful and came down to personally welcome us . Milk , sugar , tea etc supplied on arrival for a hot cup of tea after our drive ! Hot tub was easy use and really made the experience. Will definitely visit again !

We had an incredible stay at Westfield Barn – it truly exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully modern, and felt brand new. It’s tucked away in such a peaceful setting, which made for a really relaxing break. The amenities were absolutely top-notch. We especially loved the outdoor covered barbecue area – perfect for enjoying the evening no matter the weather. The indoor sauna and jacuzzi felt like a real treat, and the fire pit was such a lovely touch for winding down at night. Cathy, the host, was absolutely wonderful – so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we had, both before we arrived and during our stay. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every detail has clearly been thought through with care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Westfield Barn to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway in the heart of Tipperaryr.
