100% recommended. The area is very quiet and the neighborhood is charming, with excellent transport connections to the city center. Just a few meters away, there is a hypermarket that makes everyday shopping very convenient. The accommodation offers all the advertised services, with impeccable cleanliness and clear rules from the start. Without a doubt, it’s an ideal place to stay for all types of travelers—families with children, couples, or groups of friends. Staying here made our vacation even more enjoyable than we expected. We absolutely loved our say at Susie and Amit’s apartment. Not only did their lovely space make us feel right at home but they did so much to make us feel welcome and are extremely generous hosts. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable and was a space where we loved spending time throughout the day. The flat came with an incredible view of the city, and was so convenient as it’s right in the heart of the old town. We have stayed in Edinburgh many times and thanks to Susie and Amit’s amazing hospitality, this was easily the best experience we have had in the city. Thank you both so much for such a wonderful stay!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Six of us stayed at Paul's place over the February half term & there was plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped. The accommodation was a good size. Every room had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh and clean. The street the accommodation was on was very quiet & everyone slept well. This is accommodation close to the city centre so don't expect to be surrounded by beautiful scenery. The location is very handy as you are within walking distance to Edinburgh. We were a party ranging from 13 yrs up to 80 yrs so the walk would take us anywhere between 15 to 25 minutes to walk to the Old Town, depending on who was walking. Walking is essential to go into Edinburgh. There are clean air charges on certain cars, on street parking and car parks in the centre are extremely expensive. Paul's place comes with a parking space which is worth it's wait in gold & will save you money to spend on the fun stuff instead. Comfort and location are ideal.

The apartment was perfect for my sister’s hen do. It fit us all in easily and was the perfect location within Edinburgh centre.

Dawn's place was everything we needed, it was easy to find, and very comfortable for a couple. The room was nice and clean, we didn't use the fireplace but it was an option, kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely long weekend in Edinburgh, and the stay was great!

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh! The location is great and walkable, with many restaurants, pubs, and parks nearby. Eddie was responsive, friendly, and gave us local recommendations. We loved it!

A nice quiet place that was good to find by following the instructions. Cozy beds and nice little details everywhere. The village was quite calm no pubs or stores with late opening hours, but a pretty castle and fantastic beaches with nice views on Edinburgh. Perfect for first/last day of vacation to arrive/say goodbye to Scotland.

It was wonderful to stay in Veronique's lovely, spacious apartment. It was beautiful and a very centrally located. We appreciated that she showed us around when we first arrived and that lots of things were provided for our stay, including a welcome pack and toiletries. Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was beautiful and very clean with great beds, kitchen and bathrooms. It’s located in a peaceful, beautiful neighbourhood within walking distance to all amenities and city centre. Would totally recommend and stay there again! Thank you!

This place was perfect! Even better than the pictures, fully stocked, we fell in love with the neighborhood, super walkable, and such kind and responsive hosts! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we visit.

Fantastic apartments in a great location! We only stayed for a weekend but I can imagine this to be a fantastic place for longer stays too. The upgrade to a castle view room was a really nice extra too. The apartments are beautifully furnished and feel very luxurious. The location of this one is brilliant and makes it super easy to get around Edinburgh. The hosts are proactive in their communication ensuring you were able to access the apartment ok. The key code system is really helpful too so no keys required.

Truly the ideal location! You're quite literally next door to THE BEST coffee in town and loads of restaurants. This was my first time in Edinburgh, so I was unsure of where the best spots were - and man do I feel lucky that I chose such an ideal location. While some made a comment on the noise from outside, I can't say I experienced too much of this. We stayed for a week and left Sunday morning. There was barely any ruckus from the bar across the street and even when you could hear people talking, it was all over by 11:30. The noise was not an issue at all. The biggest noise issue was hearing people coming up and down the stairs. It's very loud and echo-y so please try to be mindful if you're arriving early / leaving late. This is a phenomenal "home base" for exploring the city. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has piping hot water. Just be prepared to bring your bags up a flight or so of stairs.

It was a pleasant apartment, it was fully equipped. Center within walking distance, just keep in mind it is a lot of uphill walking. Less than 1 minute away there is a supermarket. The host was also always quick to respond. Definitely highly recommended!

Great stay with friends; plenty of rooms/space. Conveniently located, good public transport nearby. Good restaurants only a few minutes walk away. You can walk to the city centre where there is much to see and do, plenty of places to eat/drink. Jing was very quick to respond with the booking process and with the one query I did have. Check-in process was easy; the only thing I would say is there seems to be a ‘knack’ of opening the key box, we all struggled at first to get the key out, but eventually managed it! I would recommend Jing’s apartment for anyone who wants to stay near the city but not right in the centre. There is so much space, some of the bedrooms are enormous! We were 4 friends, meeting in Edinburgh for a weekend. Accommodation was great, public transport is good - would definitely like to return one day. Thanks Jing.

Beautiful space with a panoramic view of the water, we had a lovely time, was close to everything we needed, the WiFi could be better, but it was a great stay.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

This will be our go-to stay in Edinburgh. Walkable from Waverly train station, Hollyrood, Royal Mile, Castle, Grassmarket, Princes St….like seriously so central. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for travelers & the fireplace was amazing after chillier than expected weather walking around exploring all day. It’s beautifully decorated & we felt at home for 6 nights! We actually loved the daily stairs as we came home having lost weight on vaca, lol! Thank you for your hospitality Lindsey!

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there
