We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

Tilly’s house was lovely, clean and comfortable. It is in a nice residential neighbourhood and an easy walk to all the amenities that we needed. There was an awesome taproom just around the corner with really friendly locals. Parking was easy.

This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Thank you for enabling another wonderful weekend in our favourite place! ☺️

Just spent a wonderful few days at Kathryn’s place in Ventnor. Absolutely great location on the island with everything within easy reach. Kathryn’s place is perfectly set-up and designed. Very homely with amazing views towards the sea and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again!

Lee's place was really nice. Exactly as described, the space is used really well and you're not on top of each other even with nearly a dozen people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms a little simple but nothing wrong with them at all. The garden is nice and big and the games room is good albeit the pool table is on a slight slant (not that noticeable though). Didn't get to use the BBQ sadly as it was chilly outside but would be lovely in warmer weather, and the fireplace was really nice. Lee is very responsive with messages and was helpful to deal with. We would happily return here.

Booked this house for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights whilst getting my brother settled into his new house a few streets away. It was bliss to come back to somewhere clean and comfortable and away from the mountains of boxes to sort through and unpack! Had everything we needed and location was perfect for us.

We have just returned home from a 4 day stay at the gorgeous Oak Tree Cottage. Wow wow wow what a beautifully clean, welcoming and relaxing place this is. It is exactly like it is described but much better. All of the previous reviews I echo 100 %. The cottage is in a quiet and peaceful village with local convenient amenities especially the wonderful shop and coffee shops. I can honestly say this is the nicest by far Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I can not wait to return. My daughter myself and our three little pooches felt comfortable and at home everything is there that you need. It was such a sweet touch to find a bottle of fizz and milk in the fridge plus doggy toys blankets n treats. We all feel thoroughly spoilt and it's the break we all so desperately needed. We feel very grateful to have stayed and explore the truly magical island. We have fallen in love with the isle of Wight with its charm and friendly people and so so so doggy friendly. Thank you so very much to you both

We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

Great stay, caravan was a described, very nicely furnished, clean and spacious, position was great too on the site, on the end of a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic which made it lovely and quiet, children loved all the entertainment and the evening discos, only 15 mins to the beach and attractions, Hayling Island never disappoints and we had great, sunny weather too, thank you Blake and I hope to book again soon.

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. We had an amazing stay on the Isle of Wight – everything was just perfect. Lucy, our host, was so welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped – every little detail had been thought of, making it feel like a real home from home. The facilities were fantastic too – the heated pool, sauna, gym, and table tennis were a real highlight and made all the difference, especially for keeping the whole family entertained. The location couldn’t be better, with forests, town centres, and beautiful beaches all right on the doorstep. A brilliant stay all round – we’ll definitely be back!

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

Had the most peaceful & relaxing stay at The Hideaway. Chocolate brownies & fresh milk on arrival was very much appreciated. Cottage is cosy, clean, well presented & well equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bedding etc. Loved the peacefulness of the cottage. We arrived slightly earlier than expected & Rebecca was kind enough to let us check in. Also had some great food recommendations from Al. Recommend Milford on Sea & Barton on Sea for stunning coastal views. We will be back. Thanks for a great break!

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

We had such an enjoyable weekend and our hosts were fantastic. A lovely weekend getaway in the New Forest. I don't think I'll ever book a hotel room again after this incredibly relaxing and luxurious experience

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.

We have just had a lovely stay at the caravan. The area is so peaceful and rural down a long track and there are sheep, cows and chickens which are lovely to see out the window. Nice little garden area for our dog and the caravan itself was very spacious and clean. Debbie was so nice and helpful with check in times etc and she checked in to see if all was ok during our stay. We would love to come back to explore more of the island! Thank you Debbie.
