We stayed here for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and the place was big enough for 8. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Quiet location and only 1 min walk to the shops. Car park on the next street. Good location for exploring the island. Would stay here again

Very lovely host always communicating, like their services but little problem with bum bed it’s got space for two adults for double bed but just provide one duvet otherwise lovely place to stay and she ED was responsive all time thanks for your cordial service

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

Booked for my daughters wedding weekend. Convenient location and very comfortable. Managed to share the block with other guests for the wedding too, surprised to see them as we arrived. Made this more family centric for us.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

I booked this for my engineers who are working in the area & they were very happy with it. Will definitely stay again.

very clean and easy to keep clean; totally practical with all basic necessities; comfortable and inviting; we were there in the winter but the private garden with seating would be a lovely bonus in the summer months.

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

I found Annie Green went above and beyond as a host. She booked us in at last minute due to my family having a medical emergency whilst in Southampton. The property was spotless, tidy and even a bottle of wine and beautiful bag of crisps were left out for us. I would recommend anyone to stay with this family. It was the little touches that made it easy such as crisp bedding, towels, loo rolls, wash products, washing up bits and dishwasher tablets. All the things you need to make a stay easier. This will definitely be our regular place to stay when we have to come up to Southampton. It’s roomy, cosy and quiet. Perfect place to head to if you are in the area. X

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

what a wonderful place to stay. felt at home from the moment we walked in. spotlessly clean. bed comfortable and beautiful linens. lovely walks with the dogs. I'm sure the summer would be beautiful with the quaint garden and conservatory. wonderful stay would highly recommend

Beautiful home in peaceful West Wittering. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a very quiet road, and if you haven’t been, the beach is amazing. When the tide is out, it’s just a huge expanse of beautiful sand. Perfect for walkers and dogs alike.

we arrived home last night after a lovely weekend at Sanaa's beautiful home. everything was great. the house was immaculate and had everything you need when away from home plus more. The massage chair is a great addition and the location was lovely with sea views from the front bedroom. with just a 3 min walk to the sea we couldn't of asked for more. we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. many thanks.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

highly recommended flat to use as a base for the New Forest. right in the middle of Lyndhurst and therefore the New Forest itself. the instructions for the parking spot, then to the flat, and check in were easy to follow. the first itself is on the top floor so a few stairs, but the view along the high street and super bright rooms makes it worthwhile. all the furniture and appliances were off a high standard and very clean. we ate at the Thai restaurant Anissa, absolutely loved their food, and had Sunday lunch at the Trusty Servant in Minstead which was one of the best ones we've ever had. all in all a great weekend with a super location

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

We had a lovely time staying in Lymington, such a great area, so close to everything! The town is absolutely gorgeous, with lovely independent shops and cute coffee spots. It was also just a short walk to the beautiful marina and a quick drive to the breathtaking New Forest National Park. The flat was perfect and very pretty! Would defiantly like to come back x

The apartment was well situated for all the things a visitor would like to do in Lymington and surrounding areas. In one direction was the Quay and up the hill was the High Street with lots of cafes and restaurants and a convenient supermarket. The harbour and carpark were just round the corner. The apartment was nice with everything we needed and was well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed staying there and could easily go back because there was so much more to see and visit.

We had a great time at Angela's place. Great location in the middle of the New Forest and wonderful apartment. Angela was incredibly helpful and flexible even if we had to change plans. highly recommend!

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in/out was easy, and the hosts were responsive. The location is only a few blocks from bars/restaurants, and only a 15-20 min walk from the train station, football stadium, and seaside! We also thought the coffee, milk, and breakfast items were a nice touch! Thanks for the perfect stay!
