Hashem is an incredible host, who is so quick to reply with any query. Saeed who manages the place daily is a delight. Always asking what and how he can help. There were treats left daily for us which was such a nice touch. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.

В целом проживанием довольны. Из маленьких минусов - пыль внутри шкафов и в труднодоступных местах, но это скорее из за пустынной местности - песок проникает везде стоит только немного открыть окно. Была проблема с микроволновой печью - она не грела, написали хозяину, заменил через 2 дня. Ну а теперь плюсы: 1) 2 Ванные комнаты. Не нужно было ждать очереди в туалет, есть второй) 2) Чистый и огромный бассейн. 3) Вилла на 2 полноценные большие квартиры и небольшую спальную комнату на 3 этаже. То есть соседей немного. Стены не картон, соседей слышно не было, но возможно просто тихие попались. Фото соответствует. 3) Хозяин пошел на встречу, разрешил без доплат выселиться позже перед вылетом. 4) Чай, вода, молоко и продукты как комплимент. Удобно при позднем заселении когда магазины закрыты. Интернет хороший, для зум звонков хватало (работаю удаленно). Интернет через мобильный роутер, но скорость в принципе хорошая в среднем 30 Мбит.

Ray was a gent , very responsive and efficient. Ray has a house keeper named abdul whom is there at your every need ! Extremely attentive to your needs but on the flipside aware that your there for a break and doesn’t intrude unless instructed via a group chat . Absolutely brilliant. Can’t rate this air b and b enough !!! The pool was cleaned every morning to the minute ready for the kids to enjoy . We had a leaking tap and again within the hour Abdul had sourced a new tap and resolved the issue very quickly, again without any inconvenience to ourselves. In our opinion Ray and Abdul are a great duo . If we messaged Ray he responded instantly every time which is perfect if you have plans etc . Can’t say anything negative simply because there wasn’t! Definitely planning another visit as the general experience was great ! If you’re a first time visitor Ray also recommends eating spots and places to visit to make your trip as good as it can be. Fabulous.

Sono stato al Delta Sharm più volte,l’appartamento di Cassandra è molto bello e spazioso rispetto ad altri. Eravamo in 7 persone siamo riusciti a convivere benissimo. Cassandra è stata molto disponibile e reattiva rispondendo a qualsiasi nostra necessità. Al nostro arrivo ( per i nostri canoni di pulizia) abbiamo trovato l’appartamento non molto pulito, dopo aver scritto a Cassandra e con la presenza di Hany ( che ci ha fatto il check-in), ha chiamato subito i ragazzi delle pulizie, mentre noi siamo andati da Bassen market, in 30 minuti ci hanno fatto ritrovare l’appartamento pulito. 2 bagni spaziosi Cucina e salotto spaziosi e confortevoli. Camere spaziose. Ci sarebbero da cambiare i materassi perché sono un po’ usurati. La terrazza molto bella. Soggiorno ottimo.

Second stay and as good as the first! Location space views a … great. Only the internet provider is WE telecom as bad as anywhere else in the country. George keeps the place clean and takes very good care of the garden. Great and friendly man. Recommend for a peaceful stay in Sharm. Thanks Samir
