The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to food and shopping. It was a great place to stay with plenty of space for our 4 person family. The backyard was fenced and there were no issues for our dogs. 5/5 would stay here again.

House is clean, everything works (hot water, heat, etc.) and has everything that we need for our trip. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back if we visit Redding again.

Ryan’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything was great from the location, the yard, to the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen! Ryan also responds pretty much instantly so if you need anything he is there. We will definitely be back on our trips to Redding!

This home was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard is beautiful and has a great place to sit and enjoy the wonderful Spring weather in Redding. The host was quick to respond and helpful when I needed it. Parking was easy and it had a great location for what we needed during our stay.

Sweet welcoming cottage. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious yard for our doggie to romp around after a long car ride.

This place is a definite keeper! It was charming and relaxing, perfect for us! I love her decor and I can tell she put some loving into the place. Linda is a person who truly cares about the experience of her guests because it definitely shows. We are so very appreciative of all the good hosts out there and I can't say enough about how pleasant it was staying at her place.

The property was perfect for my 5 nights stay in Redding for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet is not far from places. I have been cycling daily either at the Sacramento River Trail starting from the Turtle Bay Exploration Park or the Sacramento River Rail Trail starting from the Keswick Boat Ramp. Either place is about 15 minutes drive. It's only a few minutes drive to the Mary Lake with a nice short loop trail for an end-of-day walk. I especially love the hot tub. It's one of the fancier types (compared to those I've used in other AirBnB homes) and it was providing a relaxing experience after day long activities. The home has a kitchen good enough for basic cooking. But since there are several good places to eat in Redding, I did not bother doing any cooking. Rebecca is also very helpful in communicating before and throughout the trip to make sure everything was fine. Will definitely want to come back in the future when I visit Redding.

The riverfront backyard is so amazing! The pool area is gorgeous with its swim-up bar, palapa, sunken outdoor kitchen, and expansive patios. The spa has strong jets and gets nice and hot. There’s a relaxing little riverfront patio, too, for taking in the soothing sights and sounds. The room has everything you need and thoughtful extra touches (extra toothbrush, snack bar). Good Keurig coffee selection and comfortable bed. Although we loved the room, some couples might be uncomfortable with the small space and lack of bathroom door. The room is ideal for a solo traveler or cozy, familiar couple who don’t need bathroom privacy. April nicely greeted us personally, then we had privacy the rest of the evening. It’s so nice of she and James to share their gorgeous riverside property!

Colleen place is a very well up kept place to stay. She has everything there that you would need for your stay. Very accommodating to their guest!!!
