Place was perfect for family just make sure the hot tub is turned up to desired temp because it takes a while to get hot but when it does it's just a good as any other hot tub

we had a great stay at aaron's place. great communication, a cozy home that's really well decorated, and lots of room to roam around the property.

Lisa and MaryAnn were great. The place was Awesome. Best sleep ever listening to the river outside. I would stay here again.

Sydney is an amazing host! I really enjoyed my extended stay at the ranch. It is so beautiful and peaceful. I hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful space. Nicely appointed, with tasteful decor, great views from the master bedroom and main living area. The home had thoughtful touches throughout; a true Airbnb. The home was spacious, homey, clean and inviting. Plenty of space, and direct access to the river. Ryan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighbor we spoke with on the morning we left was friendly. We will plan to come back in the summer with the family for some fishing and cooling off in the river.

Ron's house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great - just 20 min from the Lassen visitor center. In addition, there is a road closed in the winter that was right near the house and we had beautiful walks on the snowy road without even getting in the car. Lovely house and we look forward to staying there again.

Keith and Yeva are great hosts and have a beautiful home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the hot tub was a very welcome relief after a day of golfing. We look forward to returning!

The pics don’t do the place justice. It’s way bigger and nicer. Which I’d feel like is rare. The host was very helpful and communicative and we feel we got a great deal. We would definitely stay here again. Especially in a different season, like summer

The owner was very kind, decorated for Christmas and always available to help with anything we needed. We could make many beautiful memories!! We would love to come back here again!!

We were there for my daughter's wedding so we were sad we didn't get to spend much time at the place. It is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and right on the river. I would definitely go back and stay for a weekend with family when we don't have an event we need to attend! Highly recommended!

This place was great! Had its own entrance- very private— had its own kitchen. Everything I needed ☺️ Hosts were very responsive as well!

This was a return stay for me and I did so because Linda offers a lot for guests at a reasonable price. Also, she is friendly and responsive and made my stay comfortable. Her home offers a lot of space and privacy and was close to hiking trails I used as well as a great Thai restaurant. I recommend Linda’s home to others!

This place was absolutely beautiful, It had everything you need. Most of the day we were out exploring the waterfalls and hikes in the area but got to relax in the evenings. I will definitely recommend if you’re trying to get away if your busy life and relax.

Daisy was very helpful in every way from the begging of our stay until the last minute. The place was very peaceful and beautiful , exactly what we were looking for. My family and I had a great time there and planning on coming back. Thank you Daisy and Zak.

Kristina was a splendid and communicative host. Her house was spotless clean, flawlessly designed, everything one or two adults could possibly need. The space was pin drop quiet, practical and comfortable, close to town and other Redding highlights. I was able to work on a few days of my stay as the dining table was just right for a laptop. Well lit exterior and pathway to the door, the back porch was a relaxing extra unexpected tough of class, I will be back.

it was a fantastic place to stay. enjoyed the scenery and was only 30 mins from some wine tasting and easy to get to, will definitely stay here again!!

This is a fantastic mountain getaway location. The host was awesome and responsive. The surroundings were beautiful and majestic beyond belief. We recommend Rex’s in town for dinner, and do not miss Burney Falls. No pictures I have ever seen do it justice. This is now one of my favorite waterfalls ever. The cabin was cozy and rustic, like I was expecting for a mountain cabin getaway. Even better, it had excellent Wi-Fi cell service and plenty of TVs and games. There is no shortage of things to do, including having a campfire when allowable, or a fire inside the word burning stove. Nonetheless, we spent most of our time exploring the surroundings and hiking.

Great place! It was everything we expected. Got some fresh snow while we were there. Cute little neighborhood with a nice country store within walking distance. Overall great place and experience.
