This is my second time staying at this home. It was just as delightful as the first time! It is hard to find an airbnb that is chemical-free (no air fresheners or fabric softeners) and this meets my requirement of that! Everything about it makes me feel at home. Highly recommend!

We book this home every year for our Girls Weekend. It has everything we need and is the perfect size for us. The kitchen is spacious and fun to hang out in while snacking and talking. Edward is SUPER responsive with anything you need!! We needed a few things, and they quickly brought them over! He also helped us with a TV that wouldn't connect! We are planning on booking again in 2025! Thanks again for everything, Edward!!

We had a very good time at this AirBnB. We decided to just have dinner delivered because there were a lot of games that we played as a family. If you’re just staying to sleep, this is also a very good place for that! We’ll definitely stay here if we ever go back to Topeka! Oh and the hosts are very proactive and responsive as well!

The home is beautifully done and clean. We only came for a very late night rest on a drive back to Texas. The only thing that caught us off guard (not knowing the area) is that it was downtown Topeka and the area seems a little iffy late at night for 3 women alone w 3 daughters (vball tournament travel). We of course were completely fine and slept well with no disruptions. Home has security cameras and that made me feel better.

Clean and well-appointed. Margaret was clear about her expectations, making it easy for both of us to be satisfied.

Jack was a blessing to us with our place to stay. He was amicable and accommodating. The location was beautiful and house even more so. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place to host our family Christmas! Clean, cozy, comfy home with lots of character! Had plenty of space and parking to accommodate our group. Haley was the most responsive host I have ever had the pleasure of staying through. Friendly and prompt with all her responses. would highly recommend.

Brandon’s home is perfect for a stay in Topeka. Close to the freeway, in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space to spread out.

The unique experience of old town mid west Ottawa Kansas! This place was great, the price, location and history cant be beat!!!!!!

Location: Could not be better. Walk to so many different great restaurants, pinball, Liberty Hall for a movie, music venues, etc. Noise: Not as bad as you would think being in the heart of lively town. You can hear the Deli's music downstairs and you can hear the passersby on the street, but it's just normal pleasant urban what you'd expect. Host: Great host! Friendly and responsive. The space: Bed is not as small as some other guests have described. It's a normal full size as described in the listing, and comfortable. Several spots to sit here and there. Kitchen just fine. Space is great for a couple. Fully five stars/would for sure book again.

I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

I've stayed at Linda's place twice now and enjoyed it both times. Passing through on a road trip, Linda's spacious apartment was a perfect place to relax, have a couple meals, take a walk in the neighborhood, and get a good night's sleep. I liked the time-warp of the retro decor, everything was in working order and very clean. the rooms are huge! The neighborhood was a perfect place to walk my dogs as well. I'd stay here again.

This Airbnb is spotlessly clean! The moment you step inside, you’re hit with the refreshing scent of cleanliness. Megan, the host, is incredibly responsive and friendly. Her attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the space. Everything has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My friend and I traveled to Kansas with 4 dogs for a dog competition and stayed at this lovely AirBnB. It was absolutely perfect! Staci was super responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. After each day of competing with our dogs it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place to rest, relax, and recoup for the next day.

This is a great place to stay to access the Prairie Spirit and Flint Hills trails. Ottawa is a very picturesque town to visit. The space is comfortable and clean. would stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

Ashley was a great host—very responsive with clear instructions for check-in and parking. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, music venues, and coffee shops. The building felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Lawrence, KS!

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

Place was very clean! Good location and price.

Great place for two adults or two adults traveling with one or two kids. Exceptional value for money. 5 minutes to the Merc, ten minutes to Mass Street, 20 minutes or so to Clinton Lake. Particularly worth noting is that most Airbnb places say they have a "full kitchen" when they have skillet and a spatula. This is a FULLY equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, spices, and even a little cooking oil!

Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive and even left treats for our dog. Would def stay again.

Had a great stay, my wife, kids and I will definitely book again in our next trip.
