My stay was wonderful. The rental is easy to find and a nice 2 block walk to an excellent coffee and bakery. The owners provide all the amenities that I had hoped for plus more especially regarding kitchen and bathroom goodies. The rooms are all nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to my questions and initiated contact to make sure I was satisfied with accommodations. The neighborhood is lovely. There is designated guest parking and access to the apartment was easy. This place exceeded my expectations and I recommend it. I hope to stay there again.

My Airbnb experience was fabulous! Stunning atmosphere & cozy. I enjoyed the TV size, hot tub, and kitchen. Made all home cooked meals. Jackie provided snacks too. Location was walkable to everything downtown. Parking varied and needed to pay meters at times and I got 1 ticket. Then I found a free parking one block away so that was okay. I would definitely come back and stay again. Clean, organized, comfortable. Extra pillows, soap, hair dryer, pots and pans. Splendid trip! May even think of renting from 800 Lofts.

Due to the bad weather, there was no electricity when we arrived and that made it hard to find the place. However, there were candles burning and LaVonna even proposed to get a hotel room for us. Luckily, the electricity came back on later that evening and we could enjoy our stay.

The place was exactly as pictured and described! Well-appointed kitchen with everything easy to find. Everything was clean and organized. We appreciated having the full dining area, writing desk, and the large entryway and master closets - it was easy to unpack and feel at home in the apartment. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Great place and very responsive host! Bar on the street was a little loud at night but it is also a college town which is expected. Will stay again!

My sister, daughter and myself stayed at Victoria’s condo over the weekend. It was perfect for us. We were immediately comfortable there. The beds were awesome! We had every comfort we needed. I will definitely stay again!

we really enjoyed our stay. home was beautiful inside. outside would love a little more privacy on deck and outdoor furniture. home was clean and had everything we needed. Lind was super responsive. would stay again.

I would stay again in a heartbeat. It was warm, cozy, and inviting. It had everything you needed and then some. Plenty of linens, blankets, and towels. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of space for 5 people where we weren’t all on top of each other. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and quaint. The only thing we had an issue with was the bath tub. It was a little slippery, but could be fixed with a non slip mat. Other than that, our stay was perfection!

Awesome secluded house, host was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed during our stay, highly recommended. Our group had come from tennessee to waterfowl hunt awesome place to stay felt like we were way out in the country but it's actually very close to restaurants and other accommodations.

Beautiful orchard location with small pond out back. Well appointed and loved home with excellent beds and kitchen. Wonderful value for the space with quiet peaceful atmosphere. Definitely will stay again when we come to town. Could easily accommodate 10-12 people though we stayed with just our family.

We book this home every year for our Girls Weekend. It has everything we need and is the perfect size for us. The kitchen is spacious and fun to hang out in while snacking and talking. Edward is SUPER responsive with anything you need!! We needed a few things, and they quickly brought them over! He also helped us with a TV that wouldn't connect! We are planning on booking again in 2025! Thanks again for everything, Edward!!

I always stay at Gary's place when I am in Topeka. The location is great for my visit with family and I really like being close to the Shunga Trail. The pool table is also a very nice feature.

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

We love the "Hawk's Nest"! Wonderfully appointed condo in an ideal location near Mass St. Condo was just as described and very clean with everything you need. Perfect size with comfy furniture and bed. Love the balcony and its chairs. Excellent for people watching :-D Omar is super responsive and accommodating with any questions or requests. Would highly recommend for any Lawrence visitor!

Excellent location and host. Due to a busy weekend schedule, we didn't get to enjoy the place as much as I would have wanted. I'd stay here again the next time visiting Lawrence. Ashley was great and everything was as advertised.

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!

Good location. Clean building and unit. The garage door in the kitchen was a fun feature. You do have to pay meter parking.
