I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

Great location, comfortable beds, easy access getting into apartment. We will stay again!

Great spot in the middle of Mass street. Space was clean and roomy. Instructions for check in and stay were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Parking is easy on the street, just download the parking app to handle. Few things to consider. You are above a couple of restaurants, so you will smell the fresh bread and food quite a bit. Not bad if you’re a foodie! There are dumpsters behind the spot so you will hear noise late at night with restaurant crews tossing trash and the trash trucks early in the morning. Not bad, but you’ll hear them. Overall great spot in the middle of all the action on Mass. we will absolutely book there again if our daughter ends up at KU. Kore and team were super responsive and excellent hosts.

My friend and I traveled to Kansas with 4 dogs for a dog competition and stayed at this lovely AirBnB. It was absolutely perfect! Staci was super responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. After each day of competing with our dogs it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place to rest, relax, and recoup for the next day.

This is our second time at Wanna's rental. This location is fantastic. It has the potential of night noise as it is located in the heart of Lawrence (near bars & restaurants), but that didn't bother us. The accommodations were spotless, which is paramount for my husband and I. The added bonuses were: K cups, creamer, laundry soap for washer and ear plugs in case it is too noisy when trying to sleep. A+ all around. We will be back.

Peacock Place was absolutely beautiful and such a great place to stay! We had a wonderful visit to Ottawa! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

This is the third time staying with Tyler, and I’ll keep coming back. Great location, the unit is clean and roomy with everything you need for a weekend trip to Lawrence.

This was the perfect place for what my family needed. The house was very clean easy to find and is stocked with everything you need to cook meals and even bake. Would definitely stay again if in town with my family again.

We book this home every year for our Girls Weekend. It has everything we need and is the perfect size for us. The kitchen is spacious and fun to hang out in while snacking and talking. Edward is SUPER responsive with anything you need!! We needed a few things, and they quickly brought them over! He also helped us with a TV that wouldn't connect! We are planning on booking again in 2025! Thanks again for everything, Edward!!

Penny's Place has to be one of Topeka's finest Airbnb locations! This was the perfect home away from home for a long-term stay. The house has a convenient office nook, with a spacious desk and large monitor, perfect for remote work. The bathrooms were large and clean, and the beds were soo luxurious (I took a picture of the mattress brand--they were that good!). The kitchen was spacious and stocked with every pan and utensil needed for home cooking. I appreciated how bright and sunny the house was; such an uplifting space to spend time in. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way, so there is lots of privacy, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located near Dillons and the highway, so while the house is a bit off the beaten path, we were never too far away from any one thing. Connor is a super responsive host, too, checking in when the power went out during a storm and later to make sure the house had enough supplies. We would 100% book again!

The charm of the home, the amenities and coziness of interior along with the welcoming host and overall location made this a great choice

We had a very good time at this AirBnB. We decided to just have dinner delivered because there were a lot of games that we played as a family. If you’re just staying to sleep, this is also a very good place for that! We’ll definitely stay here if we ever go back to Topeka! Oh and the hosts are very proactive and responsive as well!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would say the neighborhood the house is located may not be the most ideal however I would stay here again and felt safe. It is located very close to a hospital so you do hear a lot of sirens and noise.

Ashley was a great host—very responsive with clear instructions for check-in and parking. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, music venues, and coffee shops. The building felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Lawrence, KS!

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

Ashely was a great host! Very fast in responding. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and Ashely was on top of it. It was fixed the next day and she even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant to make up for it. The space was overall very nice. The sofa bed was pretty small- it would be a tight fit for 2 adults. We heard the upstairs neighbors quite a bit as well- especially at night. It’s a great location- everything on Massachusetts is within walking distance. We decided to park in the lot behind the building which was very cheap. Overall we had a great stay!

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!

Great place for two adults or two adults traveling with one or two kids. Exceptional value for money. 5 minutes to the Merc, ten minutes to Mass Street, 20 minutes or so to Clinton Lake. Particularly worth noting is that most Airbnb places say they have a "full kitchen" when they have skillet and a spatula. This is a FULLY equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, spices, and even a little cooking oil!

Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive and even left treats for our dog. Would def stay again.
