Brand NEW Luxury Basement Apartment centrally located just off the downtown Liberty Square, walkable to restaurants & shopping. This historic building was the first apartment in Liberty, circa 1905. Two bedrooms, 2 full bath. Amazing showers, spacious rooms, washer/dryer. Full kitchen stocked with amenities. Coffee bar. Spacious master suite with a king-sized comfortable bed, small second bedroom with comfortable daybed, a daybed trundle couch and a comfortable queen sized sleeper bed bean bag.

This 4-year old garden apartment in the peaceful Union Hill neighborhood with areas for two bedrooms, an office, kitchenette, dinning, and living area. The apartment is located in a house surrounded with outdoor plants and flowers. The larger bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and the smaller bedroom has a single-size trundle bed, which means a lower drawer pulls out with a second single-size bed. An office with a large work area is available as well as a small desk area in the kitchen.

Only adults practicing Covid-19 safety protocols may book with us. We can not accommodate pets due to allergies. No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed.

We will block 24 hours between stays to ensure the apartment has fully circulated. Virus-grade HVAC filters have also been installed.

The Tree View Apartment is the entire 3rd floor of my home where I live with cohost Nicholas and our four cats. The private apartment sleeps 2 and has great views of the garden. It contains a private bedroom, living room, bathroom, large kitchenette, reading nooks, desk area and closet. Gardens surround the house and the front porch and yard is a shared common space for all guests.
