The house was clean. The property was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a nice neighborhood.

We were in KC 2 days for our son's baseball tournament and this home was the perfect space for our family and English Spaniel. Extremely clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us, and in a nice quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, box fans in the bedroom closets were a welcomed find to a family used to sleeping with fan noise! :) We used the white noise machines and didn't hear a single train. Kitchen is well stocked, they've thought of everything! I msg'd Anthony a couple of times and he responded immediately. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This house was in the perfect location to get to all the things we wanted to explore in Kansas City. The house was clean and cozy. They even had games that we enjoyed playing in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place. We loved our stay

This is a great stay. Quiet area very close to downtown KC. House is beautiful and cool. lots of great decor and styling in the house. The only down sides are the creaky floors from the age of the home. plus, there are rooms with not window coverings, or window coverings that do not fully block the windows. All in all a great stay with zero problems. Would definitely recommend, and stay again in the future.

Was working in independence doing construction work we needed a place to stay. We wanted to make sure we was in a good neighborhood. Was very impressed with the neighborhood. Regi was very nice and made sure we always had all the information needed , we loved the cute decor and home felt very comftable. our 37 ft RV fit really good inside and protected . the outdoor deck was our favorite it was beautiful. the host put alot of thought to your everyday need of home supplies . Again Thank you for making our one night trip easy !

Great place to stay, especially if you are spending time in Power & Light. Went for the Big 12 tournament and it was a very manageable walk each day. Charming space with everything you need - we stayed 5 days and missed nothing. Shops and restaurants are also available for a convenient meal. Bed and pullout sofa slept very well. Good use of the layout, with room to do work on your laptop, or sit on the back patio and read. Also, surprisingly good shower for a basement unit in a historic home! Great communication and fast responses with the hosts. Recommend checking this out if you’re looking for a cozy alternative to hotels in the P&L.

Loved staying at Chris's place! The views of downtown from the 21st floor were amazing. The beds were very comfortable - my friend and I wanted to take them with us. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

Had a wonderful time during our stay. Check in is a little more complicated than most BNBs but Savannah was very responsive and helpful. Our only gripe was the bed was a bit too small for two adults and is definitely an issue if you're used to a king sized mattress. I slept on the couch just out of necessity. The soft mattress topper is comfortable but you will wake up on top of each other through the night because it wants to cave inward.

Jaymi was a great host. We loved spending time in her beautiful space. Everything was exactly as described, easy to get to, and in a great area. We appreciate the designated parking area and the safe location! Jaymi provided clear instructions and a helpful guide to favorite spots in Kansas City. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place! Very comfortable. Complete amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful coffee supplies. Super comfortable bed with luxury linens. Spacious bathroom with spa-like shower. Great location with convenient free trolley right outside the building. Top notch AirBnB!!

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Anita's place was the perfect stop for a few days. The outdoor seating was calm and quiet, the house had everything we needed to cook and relax, and the whole house was very cozy. We left wishing we'd had more time here. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is great. Super nice. Easy walks to the plaza and Westport and the art museums. For the transit inclined, very easy access to a bus downtown.

I can't speak enough about this Air BnB! Jeffery and Kim were absolutely amazing! We were probably not the best guest as we had to check out early due to a family emergency but they handled it with grace and professionalism! They even initiated an "adjusted stay" through Air BnB. Completely unexpected but completely appreciated! I would definitely stay here again just based on the hosts alone! Their home was clean and they even offered snacks and water! 100% recommend!

Jake was an amazing host. Check in was a breeze. For the questions I had during our stay he responded within minutes. When we did not have any laundry detergent he ran some over and left it for us. Fantastic stay. Fantastic host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you, Jake!

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
