Perfect place for a large family! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We totally enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the view of an incredible sunset! Our son had a chance to fish for a few hours and caught but released the bass he caught! Very relaxing home and environment!

My family and I had a wonderful getaway here at Scar and Bees. The Host is very professional and quick to answer any questions at any time. The cabin itself is extremely comfortable. We hope to visit again soon!

Our group of 8 loved every minute in this beautiful cabin. Colette is an extremely generous and welcoming hostess. We took 6 young people ranging from 11-21 yrs old and they all had so much fun! The karaoke she-shed was such a hit and some of us made good use of the yoga room and got an excellent work out in. The games area upstairs and the pool table gave us all a lot to keep busy with when the weather was too chilly to be outside. I can't recommend this place enough - whether it's for a romantic getaway for a couple, or a retreat for the whole family - Colette has got you covered. We hope to be back! It's worth every penny!

We stayed in the Mallard cottage overnight to break up a long road trip and it was just perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of room to stretch out after a long day in the car and our dog was in heaven exploring the property. Our only regret is that we did not have time to stay longer. My husband had a great time fishing for a few hours and we loved the peace and quiet of the property. We grabbed some treats from the store and lounged for movie night in front of the indoor fireplace. And then enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning. Carol was easy to work with and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice stay. The weather turned unexpectedly icy, and was able to have a very late checkout and get on the road after it was much safer (after the ice melted.) Great hosts. Will return.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lori's cabin. We were only there for one night but I plan on returning! When we got there, the entire cabin was spotless and the sheets were fresh and smelled so clean. We stayed on an especially cold night and the heaters worked great! Lori responded to my messages very fast and helped me with what I needed. I will definitely be recommending her cabins to my friends and family!

Cheri was such an incredible host! We loved getting away for a few days and this was just what we were looking for - a quiet home where we could walk round and rest. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I love staying at Lori’s cabins. Lori is a great host and was able to help me extend my stay right away when my plans changed. Place is the perfect distance to town without having to be in town.

The Painted Cabin was perfect. Everything anyone would need was provided. Decor was very nice. Easy to find and ample parking for a horse trailer. Plenty of room for 5 of us.

Absolutely loved our stay! So peaceful & relaxing! Very clean & the perfect amount of space! And being It was 5 mins from Lazy E, was a huge bonus!
