This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

We were a group of ten family/friends, not really interested in local happenings or activities because we were just there for the weekend to stay at the house and relax and unwind. The living room couches and dining table were great; we had plenty of room to hang out together, and the downstairs space living room wasn't even needed. The kitchen is very well appointed, but it's pretty small, so not really able to fit more than one or two people at a time. The beds were comfortable and with a variety of bed sizes, accommodated our group nicely. We appreciated the nice furniture and decor, I think it made everyone feel relaxed along with a fire in the wood stove. Had a fire down the hill by the lake, and unfortunately it was too windy to use the upper deck and outdoor furniture. Vincent quickly answered any questions we had. We didn't get to use any of the summer amenities but the lake looked like it'd be inviting in the summer.

This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Yellow Door House was a fantastic stay, paired with an even more incredible host. The house itself was well-furnished and clean, with plenty of extra house supplies for us to use. Kathleen was also impeccable as a host, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience; one of our party left behind a water bottle, and she was so accommodating as to ship it back to us. I could not recommend this place more!

We stayed two nights at Marissa and Tom’s house, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate—super clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The towels were incredibly soft, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. There were extra blankets everywhere, which was such a cozy touch. The fire pit outside was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the crisp, cool air. Our group of five slept comfortably, and every detail of the home made our stay even better. Marissa and Tom were fantastic hosts—responsive, attentive, and always available when we needed to communicate. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lovely place to stay. Close to Hudson, but far enough to feel secluded.

An easy and comfortable stay! Their place had everything you might need and they had detailed instructions for anything you might have questions about. Ilze was quick to respond about check in questions and the house is within a 5 min walk of the chief diner and a cool old cemetery. While the weather didn’t cooperate for using the outdoor spaces, the fire pit and deck area were awesome. We didn’t use the downstairs TV area but the upstairs areas were cozy and perfect. Thanks!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Jenny’s — an inviting, comfortable, and relaxing space — the perfect spot in Hudson. Jenny is a warm and gracious host. Highly recommend!

Exemplary accommodations! Everything about this place is well thought out and comfortable. (Every AirBnB host should do what Shirley did - label the light switches.) It's those intuitive touches that make this a great place to stay. We were close to family events in Norfolk, plus restaurants and amenities in Canaan. You really can't beat this experience. We were not able to make friends with the barn cat, but we tried!

Johns place exceeded expectations. Nice fenced in outdoor space for the dog. Easy walk to breakfast/coffee. Very clean + tidy space! Felt safe, private and like home!

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the comfortable feel and all the tasteful touches of this apartment. The view of the landscape, especially the pond in the distance was beautiful. I stayed one night longer than my husband, so I can say that the accommodations are great for one or two, very safe feeling. There are many hikes and walks in Colombia County. My favorite was a long walk around the pristine lake at Taghkanic Lake State Park, a mere 30 minutes down the Taconic. Worth the drive this time of year - very few other people and a beautiful place - highly recommend. Melissa was very easy to reach as necessary and very pleasant at every encounter.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed in Poughkeepsie and overall in New York State. The place is very clean , it was recently refurbished , has good equipment for cooking, it is spacious. The parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. Owners are responsive. Very strongly recommend it.

This apartment was great!! Very clean, lots of space, and absolutely loved the little deck overlooking the river. Parking was super easy and the street is really cute too. We were attending a wedding at Foreland which was a convenient 3 minute walk. J and Zoe were great hosts, very responsive and made great recommendations. All the information you need is laid out in the directions ahead of time, and check out is very easy. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here if we’re in the area again.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Beautiful apartment with lots of rooms-comfy sitting areas and lots of light. It was very nicely appointed and the checkin was simple. We will definitely be back as the location is ideal.

This is a wonderful stay in a cozy private room. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room itself was very comfortable and well-appointed. I was encouraged to use the shared spaces, such as the living room and kitchen, which added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. We had a wonderful time staying at Paul’s place! We had easy access to the mountain for skiing. It was wonderful to have a ski locked to store our stuff outside of the room. In addition to the wonderful accommodation our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend Paul and his accommodation!!!

Hannah was extremely responsive at all times. She even provided us with Oat Milk for our coffee! The water does have a sulphur odor but no worries there is a big water dispensing for drinking if so desire. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay in the Hudson Valley.

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.
