We absolutely loved our stay. Some many small details that made this place an amazing stay. Not to mention host was very responsive and willing to aide when needed. I’m talking even down to DoorDashing batteries. Amazing people. Will def book again.

Britney was an amazing host! She responded quickly to all my needs! She was flexible with my check in/ check out dates and when weather disrupted our stay, she was a dream to help me work through issues! The loft was beautiful! Quiet surroundings and super easy to access. The Latch App is amazing! I didn't have to remember a key or a code! We have already booked another stay in Britneys Loft! This place is a MUST stay!!

Great place to stay. The gym was is a very convenient amenity. I will definitely be staying here again during my upcoming business trips.

Just as described! This place is so neat and peaceful. It is part of a house where other people live but this part is tucked away on the ground level. For being close to the city, it was really quiet. I enjoyed hearing birds singing in the morning. Walked to a really good Italian restaurant during my stay. This space was very much needed during a rough time in my life so thank you!!

My stay was quick but efficient and this was the perfect spot for that. Yes, like everyone else said the upstairs neighbors are doing the most all the time, but I just turned up the tv and it didn’t bother me. If you’re looking to be unbothered you should probably book a whole house. Otherwise the place was very tidy, comfortable and had everything I could need. I would recommend parking on the street just because it’s easier to access the unit with belongings! Thanks Levon!

Great place, in the same building as Zaza and across the street from paramount if you know downtown BHM. Very convenient location, and there IS parking included in a BPA lot associated with the building. Lovely spot and very nice apartment for anyone wanting to hang in downtown Birmingham!

This was an amazing stay. I appreciated the thorough communication from the host. I am usually concerned about security when booking through air bnb but this location was second to none when it came to that. It was great that I could look at my car in the gated parking lot from this location. The place was just as listed in the photos. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. To add in a neighbor saw that I needed assistance with my bags and lended me a hand. So say the least I will definitely be booking again next time I am in time. Salute to you Burrow Enterprise! 10/10!

Everyone should find their getaway at The Tree House, absolutely poetic magic.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet area close to everything. Our host, Meeka, was very responsive when we had a question and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place! It was the second time I stayed if that says anything :) If I could change one thing, it would be the sliding glass door. It’s a beast to open….after 2 weeks of in and out, my shoulder is paying the price. Other than that, this place is incredible!! 10/10

Great location with lots of cute shops and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. There's a few free parking spaces in front of the building. We were lucky enough to park in a free space every night except once. However, there's a public parking directly behind the building with nightly parking for $4. Overall, the space was great, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. We would definitely pick this place again.

Great place to stay. Renee was extremely responsive and accommodating in me finding a last minute place to stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay!

The duplex was great - cute home and lots of nice touches. He should brag up the deep, huge old ceramic tub (spotless and comfortable for a long soak!) beds were comfortable. Location was easy to find and close to drive to what we wanted to do. Lots of abandoned homes and businesses in the area - seems to be true in a lot of what we saw of the city- but we felt totally safe. The home and yard are well kept up. Nice communication with Charles. Would stay again and would recommend!

Kim and Kelly were wonderfully responsive to all my silly requests. They were proactive with questions, making sure we had everything we needed, which we did! i especially loved all the space in the bathroom. I'm not a very light packer, so it was perfect! The hot water ran out really quickly though, which is a shame because the water pressure is so awesome! And you can hear the neighbors really well, but they were all very nice! Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in Kim's place. I would recommend them to anyone!

I stayed at this location for a month and the place is extremely comfortable, the office area in the back is great to work from and the front porch is great to relax on in the evenings.

I have stayed at Eden Brae at least 6 times with my husband and son. Sometimes we have brought my golden doodle. We stay here for the uniqueness and location. We visit Children's of Alabama for my sons doctors appointments and it's 10-12 minutes from there. Very convenient and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The home is in a safe location and I haven't had an issue hearing people in the other units. I recommend staying here at least once. Each unit is laid out different and I have my favorite. We plan to be back in four months. Thank you, Emma, for the consistency of our stays.

Rebecca was great to work with and I love the feeling of being in a home rather than a hotel. The shower was GREAT! Would definitely recommend this to friends when they visit B’ham!

Beautiful, clean, safe apartment. Safe walkable neighborhood. Host responded to questions in a timely manner and I was able to book immediately. I will definitely be staying here again.

Suzy was a fantastic host. She was very quick with all communication- allowing me to add a person to my reservation late notice and check in early which I really appreciated. Her place was very clean, and centrally located where I needed to be. When there was an issue with the apartment building that affected me- she quickly offered another of her units for me to move to and was very responsive. Her apartment has everything you need and is very tidy. The lockbox holding the key was a bit finicky and I think a keypad lock would be easier but it wasn’t a big deal. There are many comments about the smell, but it’s an old building and you get used to it. Suzy had plenty of glade plugins to help with that. I would stay with Suzy again, thank you.
