Perfect for a big group staying the weekend. Had everything we needed- coffee, cooking utensils, plenty of places to sleep, a huge living room for socializing and a serene sun porch. We picked it because of its proximity to some basketball games we were going to downtown and it was super easy to get to and from. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful, spacious place to stay. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was heaven. Very fun decor and super convenient location! Our daughter lives around the corner so we will definitely stay here again soon.

Stayed here for the weekend for a little vacation. It perfect! We felt safe, the house was clean and in a nice location! The restaurant close by was tasty too! We were 10-15 mins from the zoo and museum! We will be back!

This was a wonderful location and a joy for our family. The pool, the property, the comfortable rooms and beautiful porches… it was perfect! The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful. We don’t get to this part of the country very often, but would absolutely go out of our way to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great property for $ . Comfortable beds. Loved the fenced backyard for our little dog. The only thing we missed was extra blankets because it was very cold the week we were there and heating was difficult to maintain in front bedroom. Back bedroom would get very warm

Pam’s place was great for our first real visit to Birmingham. Her home has lots of character and is in a cool neighborhood, where you can see the different generations of homes built, situated with easy access to the different parts of town. Had everything we needed and Pam was on top of things and is a pleasure to stay with. “Tony Chachere’s” in the kitchen, and “Q-tips” in the bathroom are simple signs of a host that knows how to do things.

This location was amazing ! Everything was as listed. The host was great with her communication and very attentive and helpful. I truly loved this experience with her! She made sure everything was set and in place for me upon arrival. I also added on one of the packages which was the “ Sweet Heart “ package for Valentine’s Day and she did an EXCELLENT job I loved it so much and so did my partner. Thank you so much and I would mostly definitely recommend !

The apartment unit was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area and kitchen comfortable and roomy. It had the basic amenities such as coffee for coffee maker, great perks like a gym and quiet work area. The host provided great information about the area and provided clear check in instructions with photos. We didn’t need the parking spot but would have been great had we needed it. Due to dangerous storms passing through, we were granted early access which was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

Suzanne’s suite was spectacular, spectacular. Decorated with a keen eye for antiques and flair. There isn’t a dull corner in the space. The spiral staircase going up to the suite reminded me of apartments in NYC. Suzanne was kind and easy to talk to and I felt safe in her space, and the area, to stay with my husband and baby. We would absolutely stay here again! We loved it!

The place was charming and clean. The location was convenient and the hosts were very attentive. We really enjoyed the view from the bedroom and balcony. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the log cabin. Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we were looking for this holiday. The property is gorgeous. The cabin has incredible character while being still comfortable and having the amenities we needed. We found hiking trails just 10 minutes away at Double Oak. Best of all, it was quality time spent enjoying our boys and our pup.

I am not a nature girl but I will be booking this cabin again soon! That’s just how amazing it was! The scenery lake view and privacy is incredible. Everything was just as described, if not better! Very clean, cell service wasn’t bad because they have wifi for you to connect to! 10/10!! The water doesn’t stay hot for long so be mindful when showering, the hot water lasts about 5 minutes but it’s the woods so expected!

Walter’s heaven was absolutely beautiful. The view from the master bedroom was incredible. Wade, the groundskeeper was very nice and even had fish bait waiting for when we arrived. What I hadn’t seen mentioned in the reviews is how great of a swimming spot they have for children. We will be back!

Place was great and perfect for large families. Well within anything you’d want to do in the B’Ham area and in a very safe neighborhood. Be aware that the other reviews of the driveway are indeed correct-it is VERY STEEP-but had no issues whatsoever with street parking below. There is also a staircase leading down to the street. Host was available each time we had a question, quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommended!! K thx bye

This was such a nice retreat for my family! I can’t say enough on how wonderful it was to unplug and just be with my kids. We also went to a great pizza place they recommended and it was perfect!
