This place is even better than the listing. Me and my husband visit Memphis often and this is our favorite place we've stayed. The property itself is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you'd need. It has the charm of an older home with all of the modern amenities. Very comfortable bed, great shower, stocked kitchen and a great porch. It's like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Location is awesome! We love to walk and there are great restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks but we also walked to FedEx Forum, Beale St, and downtown. So much good food and music very close by. Highly recommend and we plan to book here again when we are back in Memphis! P.S. Rhonda and her husband are super kind and accommodating hosts. Their house is detached but directly in front of the cottage separated by a court yard. Very cool property!

Ann and her place are fantastic! This is exactly what Abnb is all about. A private individual providing a warm, comfortable place, full of interest and individuality. Extra touches, such as a well stocked fridge, a full fruit bowl and home made banana bread. One of the best. Michael

Carriage home in safe neighborhood close to all the attractions. Nice kitchen and amenity rich.

This place was great for what I needed it for. Only 5 minute drive away from down town. Plenty to go do was very relaxing.

The place is very cute and homy. Charmingly decorated. Communication was timely and pleasant. The parking in the driveway is convenient. There is no stove in the kitchen but there is a microwave. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

it was really clean and had lots of character. It felt very safe as well and despite having another place very close it always felt private.

Stephanie’s place was beautiful and spotless. She had everything you would need away from home. Stephanie and her husband gave great advice and was super helpful for our first time in Memphis. We would highly recommend staying here!

Adam's place in Cooper Young was clean and the perfect spot to stay in Memphis, especially if you want to stay in a charming historic neighborhood with fun restaurants/bars/taprooms just steps away. I would recommend it and would definitely stay at again.

We loved our stay. It was great to have our own space, the bed was very comfortable and the shower great. The studio is well laid out, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with essential items. WiFi is great and access to subscription TV a welcome bonus. Theo kindly left welcome treats for us, which were greatly appreciated after our drive. There are some great restaurants walking distance away with options depending on your mood. Highly recommend Theo’s place & should we be fortunate enough to return to Memphis, we wouldn’t hesitate re-booking.

It's a lovely guest house. The size was perfect for us. The living space it spacious and comfortable. It overlooks a really large covered patio space with a private back yard, great for morning coffee! We are locals, displaced due to damage to our home in a recent storm. So we are familiar with East Memphis/this area. It's an area that we sought out to stay in. The location is great, really close to everything. We were slightly concerned about being in a guest house on someone's property. But this was not a problem at all. It's a private space with it's own parking area, our vehicles were secure with gated parking. We had a small dog with us and she loved her little private back yard. We were very comfortable here for our stay. It's a quaint & cozy East Memphis home.

It's bigger than most 1 BR places, with an extra room or two including one with a desk for getting work done. Big walk-in closet space too. I was surprised not to have access to the big parking that's right in front of this little back house. Somehow all off-street parking is reserved for the big unit in the main house.

This place was great for a couple nights that I was in town for the St Jude Marathon. The place was in a safe area and had everything I needed close by. Minutes away from area restaurants. It was cold outside during my stay, but you couldn’t tell by how well the heat worked in this place! The bed was great, and they had everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen. I am glad I chose their place to stay!

The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with additional requests. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We are local to the area and had to stay for an emergency repair to our home. Noah immediately answered my message request about renting this space to confirm we could get into the space that day. He even blocked off the week after our stay in case we needed to extend our stay due to our repairs. The stay was so peaceful and Noah was extremely helpful and responded so quickly when we needing anything. 10/10 recommend!

Lovely place - Jennifer is a fantastic host, the location is super convenient and safe. Very comfortable and use of the pool was such a phenomenal add to the place. I would happily look to book again the next time I am in Memphis.
