Great location, neighborhood was very quiet. Rachel responded very quickly to requests and was very flexible. Would gladly stay again when back in town.

Hosts were very responsive and the whole process was streamline! House was warm and welcoming to myself and my 2 fur babies. The yard was spacious, neat, and allowed plenty of room for my dogs to run and have some freedom. Would stay again!

The house was perfect for us. We had four adults and four kids staying for a funeral. One family of four took the primary bedroom with the attached room that had two full sized beds, the other two kids took the room with two full sized beds, and then the remaining two adults each had their own room with a bed. The beds were comfortable and linens were pristine. The sunroom was perfect for the adults to sit and read while the kids were watching tv in the living room. Siyan was extremely responsive and was so kind about making sure the house was explained well to us. We would absolutely stay again.

I traveled alone to Memphis with my two dogs, so I wanted to make sure I was in a decent neighborhood. Theresa and Russ assured me that this was safe, and I also confirmed the neighborhood with someone in the trip advisor forum. I’m so glad I stayed here! First of all, the place is just cute as it can be and so tastefully decorated. Everything was carefully arranged, well thought out and clean. And the back yard was so wonderful for both the dogs and I. They loved chasing the squirrels and birds and I loved the Edison bulb patio lights and patio. The yard was large and fenced in. The hiuse was just a few blocks from Overton park/the zoo/college of art/Memphis museum of art, also Overton Square and Coopers Young area for dining. It was also only about five miles to downtown. Finally, Theresa and Russ were so kind and left hostess gifts for my dogs and I. The dog scarves are a keepsake. They gave recommendations on where we could dine together and were patient in answering my questi

This was my 1st experience with an AirBnB. Kall is genuinely a wonderful host. Her home is welcoming, warm and inviting. She was very responsive. Even with a little snafu, she was generous and understanding. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Kall you seriously made the trip a hit!!!

Alfred var en super god vært og svarede hurtigt da der var brug for kommunikation. Huset var rigtig fint og passede lige til vores behov. Køkkenet var veludstyret med køkkenelementer som vi ikke havde regnet med. Der er gode shopping muligheder i nærheden, så det var dejligt nemt. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse at besøge Bartlett, TN.

Great place to stay, and exceeded our expectations!

Great little house in Memphis about 10 min from downtown. No problems with parking at the house or getting into and out of the drive. Host (Jamey) was very responsive and provided spot on instructions to find the home and to get into the home. Clean, simple home on the inside that met our needs very well. If we ever need a place to stay in Memphis again, we will definitely be back.

This place is the definition of a hidden gem and masterpiece. The hosts are so thoughtful with every detail of the until. From the fresh baked bread to the book detailing the restoration process, this place is special. The unit has everything one would need and is extremely cozy while being easy to find. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone traveling to or through Memphis.

We had a wonderful stay at Don's place, and couldn't ask for a nicer host! We were in town for a basketball game at FedEx and the house was convenient to downtown and everything we needed. It's the best decorated Airbnb I've stayed in, with antiques and art, and the beds are comfortable too. They are very animal friendly. Check in and checkout was super easy, and Don is a really nice guy to talk to.

I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was as well as how friendly and accommodating Stephanie is! Our needs were exceeded by her willingness and ability to help during a stressful time! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!! Her place is well organized, clean, safe, quiet and most of all comfortable! The bed is Amazing! I haven’t slept that well in some time! The house is central to downtown and all attractions that Memphis has to offer… The stay is highly recommended and worth every dollar spent! The neighborhood is peaceful and secure while grocery shopping is a short couple minute drive. Great vacation stay!

Very beautiful and clean home. Nice and peaceful, exactly as described. The owners are so nice and very responsive. The airport lost my luggage and the host was very helpful with making sure I had my personal needs so I can still shower and get fresh. I will definitely only choose this place when returning to Memphis!

LOCATION! Central to everything and within walking distance to Beale Street, and the Civil Rights Museum. The place itself was perfect; just like an apartment. Response time and accuracy of description spot on!Loved that it was pet friendly and with plenty of parks near by. Overloaded on amenities and personal touches. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time in Memphis! We loved the condo. It was close to everything in Memphis. We went to Beale Street and listened to live music and ate fantastic ribs. Right behind the condo is the Lorraine Hotel and the Civil Rights Museum - so much history all around us! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There are tons of places to eat or get a drink. We highly recommend this condo!

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

Lovely spacious apartment with absolutely everything you need for a short stay. Downtown an easy walk and some nice bars,restaurants only a stones throw away. Aubreyl was a great host and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated

Place was just as shown on pictures and place had all the basics. You are in a perfect area between coffee shops and dinning. The gated parking is gold! The towels and sheets could feel and smell fresher but it is nothing to write negative of. amazing place, I've stayed twice!

Jason has a very beautiful place. Was very clean. Loved the introduction sheet and local recommendations. Local brewery across the street. Unfortunately, we only stay the night so didn’t get to do much but really enjoyed the little time we had.
