i loved adam’s place it was very clean, spacious and felt like home, he is very professional and responds quickly i will definitely stay again and thank again adam for the great stay .

Will be a return guest, highly recommend, felt comfortable enough to recommend to my daughter and her husband. Everything is as pictured. Amazing communication, love the decor, honestly I don’t the photos do it justice, feels way bigger!! Home away from home !

All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

The place was beautiful. It was like walking into an antique. The place was beautifully and tastefully decorated with a beautiful Holiday theme (but not religious, if that matters to anyone), and came with a record player and some old LP’s. It was very clean and it feels like Julie thought of every amenity possible. Julie was very accessible and responded to any questions that I had very promptly. We came for the Liberty Bowl and the house was located next to everything that I wanted to do. It was only a few minutes drive to the Liberty Bowl stadium, the Bass Pro pyramid and Beale St. I would love to return to Memphis for next year’s Liberty Bowl and stay here again!

Our experience at this place was wonderful. The location is fantastic, everything is super clean, orderly, cozy, there is a good vibe inside and Taylor was responsive and supportive. We traveled to Memphis for a quick girls get away. Location was perfect! Easy walk to Beale Street and all downtown has to offer. Private garage was amazing and made parking a breeze.

We stayed here for a couple of months, and John was always so responsive and considerate if we did need something. The house is newly renovated so everything is so clean and works well. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay and host!

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.

I am 100% a planner ! On this occasion we had a 3 day weekend we weren’t aware of pop up and decided to make our way to cross Staxx museum and the National Civil Rights museum off our bucket list . Found this place and was thrilled ! I work in design so I am always drawn to the air bnbs where you can tell they put that touch on it ! We loved it ! Beds were comfy , bathrooms roomy and I was very thrilled with the gated parking . Idk if we will ever make our way back to Memphis but would for sure stay here again .

This is a perfect loft condo for the price and location. You can hear muffled traffic being close to a major roadway, but the condo is well insulated. It’s close to shopping centers and all levels of restaurants. It was perfect for my short business trip.
