Had a wonderful stay with my family near Memphis . The home fit all our needs and was close to everything we needed . (Grocery store , pharmacy , restaurant) would fully recommend this house for your next stay in Memphis .

Southern Elegance in Heart of Memphis

This house is well located in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive of central Memphis. The house itself is exceedingly interesting and full of wonderful objects and furnishings. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen & bathrooms are well equipped. There are multiple outdoor decks and porches that are a definite plus in good weather. There are no negatives with this house. Gabe is a great communicator and very attentive without being intrusive. He was very responsive to all questions, always answering very quickly to all communications. Checking in & out was very simple. Our short stay in this house rated as one of the best for us. We only wish we could have spent more time there.

I really loved my stay she was very nice also left a lot of water and had a lot of things need for a stay patio and backyard was nice! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely do it again! Easy access nice neighborhood close to a lot !

amazing home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location. easy to get to the expressway and anything you want in the city. only 5 mins from the botanic gardens! tastefully decorated. huge yard. Great for traveling with dogs! thank you!

Visited from out of state for an event & Karen’s place housed our group of 8 nicely! Plenty of room, has a large projector screen in the living room making for great movie nights, a pool table & dart board, multiple board games to choose from. Neighborhood was nice though a little noisy at night, with enough room for parking! Host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful host, reached out to me first and was very friendly making me comfortable from the start. Description was right on and just as clean as the pictures. I appreciated the communication and accommodations. I or my family would happily stay again.

Olivia is an amazing host! We had a wonderful stay is this very warm and inviting space. The decor is filled with charm and one of a kind art, I enjoyed taking my time appreciating all that each room offered. We spent the morning relaxing with coffee on the screened in front porch. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and well appointed to local attractions. We unfortunately forgot some of our belongings when packing, and Olivia went above and beyond to return to us. We are truly grateful! Highly recommend!

Historic Midtown Charm I

Sherry is a great host. You can tell she greatly cares about hers guests experiences. She has snacks, water and a little coffee pot in the room. I loved the back porch. So relaxing to sit out there after a long day. Sherry has two super awesome dogs, Zoro and Rufus. They are sweet and friendly. They are also the kind of dogs who give you space unless you invite them into your space. I played with them and petted them whenever I got the chance. As a guest, I understood I was staying in an older home (victorian or turn of the century I think). If you go in with that mindset you will enjoy your stay. Lastly, be aware that Sherry uses scented plug-ins and scented detergents. if you are sensitive to smells, reach out to her in advance and I'm sure she will unplug them, or not use on the sheets in the room you are staying. She is that good and kind type of host.

My friends and I had a reunion during Christmas at Osie's house on the Mud Island, Memphis, TN ! Osie is a great host and contacted me beforehand for the instructions to check-in and check-out. The house is nice and roomy and very close to the river. We really enjoyed our stay!

Second time staying here, and it was just as good, if not better, than the last stay. A perfect homebase for exploring Memphis, going to concerts at Growlers, Minglewood Hall, etc. Look forward to staying here again in the future.
