The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

We stayed here for an event at Kentucky Horse Park. Wayne’s place was convenient to the park and located in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. The property was exactly as described. It had many modern amenities, including a heated bathroom floor, heated towel rack, expresso maker, etc. Wayne was a considerate, responsive host that followed up to make sure our stay was excellent. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Nic & Norman’s on Main Street. Great burgers, service and the best sweet potato fries ever. Well deserves a 5 star rating.

I absolutely adored my stay this weekend! Such a cute Air Bnb very centrally located by all the amazing shops and restaurants in the Nulu area. We definitely will reserve this Air Bnb next time we are in town!

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

I have stayed in many of Brooke’s Airbnb’s. I have always found them clean, comfortable, and this one is especially cozy. The only thing I would note, and others have stated the same, the bed…the mattress is great. It is comfortable BUT the bed frame needs, something. If you shift even slightly, or roll over or anything of the like, it is very loud. I wondered if the people below me could hear it creaking. It is not something that would keep me from staying here again, and I have since. I love the location, and the parking situation is top tier with ample off street parking. The apartment is roomy, and fairly new. This one is located on the second floor, but the stairs are not terribly steep. Just something to note if you don’t do stairs. Brooke is always great to communicate with any questions. I enjoy working with her while I’m working in Lexington. She’s takes the stress out of travel when working in Lex.

The house was perfect for our needs! We were partaking of the bourbon trail and were also able to work a thoroughbred tour at Winstar farms in as well - would highly recommend. The decor and floor plan is very comfortable and inviting. The porch out back was very nice for a nosh and a glass of wine. We walked easily to town central for dinner. We had a delicious cocktail at Liam Ash. The server there was a wealth of information about bourbon culture. There are many great restaurants in town too. Paula is an excellent host and we hope to return soon - thank you!

The house was beautiful and exactly what was described. We messed up and locked ourselves out and they took care of that very quickly for us. Very nice area in downtown. When we go back again we will see if it is available and book there again. Thank you!

I feel lucky to have found this very cute house close to everything we needed. UK Keeneland, Trader Joe’s. shops and downtown. Wonderful quiet location, clean and nicely decorated house with all the details of everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The host thought of everything.

This was a delightful place, one of my best stays. The interior seemed newly refurbished. It was bright and inviting, with nice decor. The couch was comfortable and clean, and the blankets seemed clean as well. As far as tv's go, there is a huge tv in each room - unheard-of! It is in a very, very quiet neighborhood., and it was nice to walk out the door and hear birds chirping. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts texted at the beginning, middle and end of our stay just to make sure we didn't need anything. All-in-all, great experience!

We had such a great stay! The location was excellent, beds were comfy, everything was clean, and it was nice and quiet.

We loved staying here for our wedding weekend with our puppies! Check-in was super easy and Alberto was very quick to respond and flexible. He even checked in with us about local weather alerts if we needed. We would love to come back and stay with our dogs again when we visit in the future! Very close to Bardstown road but still pretty quiet.

This place was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway! The location was absolutely perfect for anything you want to do downtown, and an easy drive or Uber for things a little further out. The space was everything we needed!

Deirdre was super responsive and even popped over quickly to address the AC not working and missing soap/shampoo. She was highly communicative and addressed all our needs in a timely manner. The condo is in the heart of the highlands and as such is super walkable. Great spot overall.

We stayed during the Great Flood of the Kentucky River in April, 2025 and were evacuated due to flooding. Jon was extremely communicative and helpful and so friendly. Great host!

Great place for up to 5 persons, but still a great deal for as few as 1 person. Extra perks such as a record player, literature, and partial access to streaming services on the TV. Close to downtown by car, and pedestrian-friendly— lots of walking areas and nearby green space.
