This was the perfect place to stay! It was clean very spacious and Colleen was a great host. I’d stay again no hesitation

Great location to restaurants and all the museums and monuments. Wonderful addition was the park and walking path around the corner. The place was very welcoming and relaxing.

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

It's a beautiful well-kept home in a nice neighbourhood. Joyce is a gracious host, and a pleasure to talk to. She left treats for our dog and fresh farm eggs for us. The Kitchen has everything you need, even spices. Thanks Joyce.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting D.C.! The location was great and place was very clean and comfortable.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay! After a long drive in a small car, it was such a relief to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The area was more spacious than I had expected. We loved the thoughtful touches like the board games, snacks, and toiletries—they truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We just wish we had more time and certainly hope to return in the future!

Olivia's studio was perfect for our quick trip to DC. She was super responsive and made the entire process super easy. The space had everything we needed. The bathtub and the water pressure on the shower were especially great. The studio was close to plenty of places, and within walking distance of the metro. If I am being super picky, I would say that I didn't love the towels, but otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Paul’s place is wonderful & exactly as described! The beds are super comfortable along with the couches & other furnishings. We were able to walk down to Harper’s Ferry, we took several hikes & had dinner in nearby Shepherdstown, & Frederick. There is so much to do in the area. I wish we had more time to stay, especially to enjoy the house more 😊 Paul is a wonderful host & was very accommodating to a couple requests we had!

Stayed here for my 30th birthday with friends and we had a great time! The house was just as described & we enjoyed all the views as well as the hot tub at night! Shipla was very responsive and would send over information before I even had to ask. We did request a propane tank because the one there was empty and her maintenance team was there in 30 mins with a new one. Would definitely stay there again!

Dream View was a dream!! Our five year old had an absolute blast playing with all of the toys and exploring the grounds. The house was perfect, so many spots for sitting and enjoying a book or just to listen to the wind in the trees. It was a peaceful, lovely stay and would absolutely stay again!

The house was amazing. It was a perfect experience for a guys’ trip to get away, watch the first round of the NCAA tournament and make use of all the cool amenities (games, hot tub, open lawn space)…all of it. I hope to be back next year!

We stayed here for our Old Rag adventure with Latinos Aventureros and it was perfect! Super comfy, modern, and had more amenities than we ever imagined. The host was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Honestly—so, so good. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! It was the best place to stay for my 30th birthday/bachelorette weekend trip with 11 of my closest girlfriends. We had such a good time just hanging out at the house and exploring the area. There are so many things to do at the house that you truly don't have to leave the property to have a good time. The house is big enough that even with 12 people, it didn't feel overcrowded. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cabin getaway! It matched the photos, description and was super clean. One thing that wasn't mentioned but was a highlight for us as foodies; the kitchen has tons of appliances and already has spices stocked. Communication between the hosts was friendly, and they stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. Truly, there are so many good things to say about this place, you just have to book it for yourself to experience it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was clean and there is so much to do in this beautiful home. We had nine adults over two nights, and could always find ways to spread out around the house and find fun things to do. We will absolutely consider this a top option for future trips with friends and family. My only piece of feedback is that the audio setup in the home theater room (which is beautifully constructed) could use some improvement (more than just a soundbar). The hot tub, sauna, many bedrooms with king sized beds, game room, and kitchen were all excellent and we felt right at home.

The house was just as described. It was perfect for our little family getaway! Tons of space to spread out. Loads of fun extras. The view is amazing! We had a great time!
