Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

It is spacious apartment for my wife and me to stay in for the weekend with lots of nice amenities. Easy walk to the downtown area, massive bed, great selection of simple entertainment (books and TV streaming apps). The Berkey water filter was a nice touch too.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. The location of this Airbnb is very nice. I was able to walk out the house and go into the neighborhood just for a nice walk. The house itself is very pleasant, clean, all in all very well taken care of. We appreciated the yummy treats that were offered, it was very sweet! If I were to return I would book this same exact Airbnb!!

This was our second stay at this location. Both visits, our rooms were clean and well stocked. The physical location is wonderful for us as it is between downtown and family - and both are walkable. We plan on returning when we are in the area!

We had a lovely stay at Jodi’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the furnishings were very comfortable and plentiful. We visited over Christmas. She decorated and even provided a Christmas tree. Even had everything I needed to prepare meals. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Very close to grocery store, quiet neighborhood. You can tell immediately this host cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, spacious and very clean place to stay!

We had a really nice stay at Cindy’s Airbnb! Beds and linens were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and we had plenty of space. Lovely space!

We had a great stay at Tara and Mark's place. The location was convenient to downtown and we enjoyed being so close to the Rivanna trail for running and walking. The downstairs apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip.

Jason's place is cozy and inviting. It is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and Ting pavilion. Looking forward to staying again next time I'm in town.

My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

Above average place with nice linens and great coffee supplies. Walkable to town, very nice neighborhood. Well decorated.

The apartment was pristine, great well-stocked kitchen, and very spacious. It is located on the edge of the beautiful historic houses listed on the Staunton Walking Tour and also walkable to the main street shops and Black Friars Play House. The Airbnb managers are quick to respond, too.

Chanel was excellent at communicating and was so helpful in accommodating us for two extended stays.

Tony’s place was a PERFECT getaway. It had everything we needed and the view was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we could ask for and then some. The awning allowed us to enjoy nights outside despite the rain, the hot tub was clean and so relaxing. We will definitely be back, I highly recommend this place!

Well we had three units at the same time with Yates! It was a great stay in Charlottesville with Yates, the house was a good size, lots of space and very quiet area - and close to everywhere we needed to be at the university. It was also an awesome location, it was a very clean Airbnb and we had great comms with Yates always, nice to have in a host for sure - always checking up and making sure we were good. Definitely one of our better picks we have had in that area ! Nice to see welcome touches like coffee, creamer etc. always a nice bonus for sure! Many thanks again Yates!

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!

Our stay was amazing. Tereye was amazing. The house was nice and very clean. I had to reach out for the heat system. The home owner called me back immediately. The experience was great. I definitely will be returning.
