Sue is a lovely person and hostess.; she takes great care of her guests. I casually mentioned something I eat for breakfast, not expecting her to have it. She made a special trip to get it for me even though she had lots of other good foods to offer. Her house was very clean and neat. It’s an old house that has been beautifully preserved and cared for. We were only a couple of blocks from the downtown mall, which meant we could easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We would absolutely stay with her again.

The antiques art shops book store were perfect. the sitting room in the front of the tinder house was a great place to have coffee in the morning , the shower was hot & the rooms are warm. cozy & clean. 9 I would stay again !

Wanda was the absolute best! We’ve stayed at many places in Lynchburg over the years. The Acorn Hill Lodge will be our go to spot from now on. From the super amazing cozy king size bed, to the absolutely delicious made to order complementary breakfast to our pup being welcomed like a member of the family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Oh, and the spa!!! My daughter had the full body hot stone massage and was in heaven!! This place is a must!!

Loved staying here! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy—everything you want an AirBnB to be! We enjoyed the bird-watching from the porch in the morning and loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some big meals after hiking. We would come back again! Thanks for a peaceful stay!

I truly enjoyed staying at Stephani’s wonderful home. It was comfortable, very clean and beautifully furnished. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the farm. I appreciated all of Stephanie‘s thoughtfulness in making me feel at home. Highly recommended.

This place is great! Walkable, right off the trail, perfect size for a couple to stay a few nights. It may be small but it is equipped with everything you need. We have stayed at a few other places around the area and this one is by far our favorite. There is only 1 semi downfall. This home is situated on a busy street and the bedroom is at the front of the house by the street. (There are NO other places to put the bed, mind you this is a tiny home) It is noisy and if you're a light sleeper, you may not get any sleep. There are earplugs for your convenience if you need them or just bring noise cancelling head phones. Either way, for the price, the location and the well put together space. You can't beat it! We cannot wait to come back and stay ❤️

Perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Awesome location with many brewery and winery options nearby (one winery directly across the road). Check in and check out were simple and Olga was very friendly.

Upon our arrival, Jonathan and Yvonne were so welcoming. Our room was spacious and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a B & B! The afternoon treats (pecan bars & cookies) were also amazing! The Inn is within walking distance to several shops & great restaurants. We will absolutely be returning!

Cynthia’s cottage is such a sweet and homey place to stay. I felt very relaxed there and evening was clean and easy to find! I wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our stay! I honestly cannot wait to go back. It was quiet and secluded, beautifully curated and everything we were hoping for. Like going camping, but with some major upgrades. The perfect place to rest at night while exploring harper's ferry and surrounding areas. The location is ideally close to the establishments in town and a short walk to lower town Harper's Ferry as well.

We stayed here in Nov 2024. Ms Linda is a great host! The listing mentioned a continental breakfast. That’s the only inaccurate thing about the listing as her breakfast was outstanding! It’s a full blown meal and delicious! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, cozy, remote, rustic and relaxing. Very nice setup indeed. We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

What an amazing house. Impeccably furnished down the smallest details. It felt like a Civil War era home and a museum all in one. The weekend hot breakfast was above and beyond. Bradly was a great host and made everyone feel right at home. We will be back for sure!

VERY friendly owner who will communicate quickly and fully. I'm an introvert and they were very kind about the hours I spent locked in the room. There is a diner at the bottom of the hill that is very "down home" but makes a perfect breakfast any time of day for $6.50. I didn't bring a car and walked to all edges of the town. There any many churches, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within a 20 minute casual sidewalk walk. The internet in the home is fast. Bathroom was wonderfully clean and the house was very quiet at night. The AC is in the room and you can control it. Backyard and sun room are a nice place to switch up during a work day. Owner made breakfast every morning until I mentioned I needed to explore the town.

This was the second time we stayed at Heritage Hill B&B. We loved it so much we came back and brought friends. It was just as nice the second time. We stayed in the Blue room last year and the Gold room this year. Both are beautifully decorated. We also had use of the living room and the patio with fireplace. Scott had a fire ready after our day of hiking and visiting wineries. The views are breathtaking. Dana makes a gourmet breakfast each morning and they both provide great ideas of things to do and see. We will definitely be back!

Jake is a fantastic host. Parking instructions were clear and parking is so convenient in the Marriott parking garage immediately behind Dinsmore Inn with designated spots for guests. We gave him an arrival time window and he met us at the door and showed the rooms- we stayed in the Library Loft which has a comfy sitting area and full bathroom on one floor and a bedroom and half-bath on the upper floor. The rooms are clean and appropriately furnished- The king size bed was super comfortable and we slept great! Our rooms were cleaned, towels refreshed, and bed made each day which is an unexpected perk. We ran into Jake each day and he made sure that everything was to our liking. He is friendly, available and knowledgeable- a perfect host. We also received vouchers for breakfast each day at the Farm Bell Kitchen on the first floor which was delicious and a fantastic way to start the morning. This gets our highest recommendation and we look forward to another visit there!

This was the perfect location for a girls’ weekend! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious, and the outdoor area was great for grilling and spending an evening around the fire pit. Many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Robert and Nickole offered great recommendations and were timely in their responses. Would most definitely stay here again!

Our hosts were very friendly and kind. We slept really well in a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view. The surroundings are very peaceful and tranquil. We stayed at this beautiful home to go to the Harry Potter forbidden forest experience nearby and truly enjoyed that. I recommended to get some recommendations of places to eat from the hosts. Restaurants are close by. Jim and Connie were super nice and we are so grateful that they made our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back and recommend to stay here!

Timothy was the greatest host and even filled me in on some local history! Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.
