We really did enjoy our stay! It was perfect for what we needed and we were able to relax during the times we had between our busy schedule for the weekend. We really do appreciate everything that our host did, including being extremely flexible and very caring about our trip! Thank you again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. This was a great apartment to stay in! The location was excellent - nice street, lovely neighborhood to walk around, close to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops/bars/breweries/etc. Easy walks into scotts addition or carytown. I was a bit worried about the street parking but it was a breeze, I was able to get parking very close to the apartment multiple times. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and had everything necessary. I especially loved the balcony. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

Neil was very easy to work with considering the bad luck I had getting in. The room was very very nice for the price and the on site bar with vintage pinball machines was pretty cool. Walking distance to downtown spots. Definitely recommend this spot to any mountain travelers! 5 out of 5!

We stay with Joe a few times a year! He is always an amazing host, with an amazing property. I HIGHLY recommend Joes place! The Inn AND The loft are equally beautiful, spacious and clean as a whistle! 🏆

I've used this space now twice, as I have been working on a project and need a space away from home. this has been my go to.

We had 5 adults in the house for a wedding weekend. House is great, very spacious, very clean. Great kitchen and large deck. Yes, there is a train close by and yes, you will hear it (only once or twice a day) but nothing so annoying that I wouldn’t highly recommend this location. Close to museums, breweries and restaurants. Five stars!

The October House was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is very comfortable with ample room. We had a fantastic weekend in Basye. Would absolutely return.

I stay in a lot of AirBnB properties. What a nice gesture to get in late in the evening, kids in tow, and open the refrigerator to find fresh milk for the morning, some bagels, some fruit, coffee and some bottles of water. The house doesn’t have that sterile “everything came out of Home Goods” look to it; it actually felt like being at your Aunt and Uncle’s house for the weekend. Very clean, no complaints whatsoever. Good location, 10 minutes from UVA. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

This is our second time staying at the house. The house is very welcoming and homey. Very clean! Plenty of necessities. She always has extra blankets and plenty of essentials. Extra parking on street if needed. Close proximity to downtown Cumberland. Safe neighborhood. Will stay again!

We had great stay overall! the house and location and the views were absolutely amazing! the host had plenty of blankets and extra towels if needed. We didn't use the fireplace, but it was absolutely gorgeous! There were also plenty of games and books to read. There was also kind of a mud room on the lower level, we didn't use it, but it would be convenient for sports gear if needed. We really liked our stay and will plan to go back if we are in the area! The only surprise for me was the ladder-like stairs to the loft. I must have missed it on the pictures. Those stairs were not suitable for young children, but we were fine anyways because the house was spacious enough and we didn't even go up to the loft.

Perfect for our quick trip to Crozet & Wintergreen Resort. Wonderful location, close to Gas Station/Convenience Store, Wintergreen Lobby, and Slopes. Everything was exactly as expected. Comfortable bed and easy access to streaming services and Wifi. Will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area. Thanks so much!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Great little spot to enjoy Wintergreen. it's a few steps from the mountain. The condo had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved having the fireplace and there are piles of wood outside all the condos so we didn't have to bring anything. We didn't get to ski this late in the season like we planned but there were some beautiful waterfalls to hike to only minutes away. The convenience of being in the resort was nice. We also didn't realize there was a convenient store down the street in case you forget something when you get up there. There are plenty of wineries and hard cider places to visit also. The owners were very responsive to our questions. Thank you for our awesome stay at Tips Up!!

Great stay, esp for SARA ski races. Elevators broke during our stay, which was a hassle, but not the owners fault, obviously. Would stay again... thank you!

Such a wonderful place with everything needed! Loved the first floor functionality. Loved the King bedrooms with bathrooms. Wonderful Hosts! Perfect community for walking. Quick trip to Waymaker playground and coffee shop. Quick trip to Monkey Joes ice cream. Perfect place for all ours and your needs! A must stay for your next visit to Forest/Lynchburg!! Mary was a great host. Very detailed with check in and check out. Just right up the mountain from a couple of breweries.

For a larger party of people, the price is hard to beat. Sleeps 8 comfortably on average of 60ish a night... right in the heart of downtown Frederick. The security and intro process to getting into the apartment is a bit of a hassle, but it does provide a nice safety element. It's slightly hard to park and unpack (especially with multiple people driving separately) but the walkability and convenience far outweigh those concerns. Overall, excellent location and I would recommend it highly.
