Kyal’s place was a pleasure to stay in. He is always super responsive as I stayed for a month so there were a few questions I had for him during my stay. The place is clean tidy and modern with smart technology in the home. Quiet place for work hours and only a 10 minute drive to Koogee Beach for lovely walks and swims. A great place for a working professional if you’re looking for comfort and space.

Stunning apartment, in the center of everything. Beautiful touches like drinks in fridge, tea coffee, and cereal, little things that was a lifesaver after a long flight. Place is peaceful and immaculate. Will be back every time I need to stay in Freo, Thanks so much

My wife and I simply can't say enough good things about Pia & Paul's Airbnb. We didn't have a vehicle while in Perth but found the public transportation system (Transperth) to be timely, clean and run seamlessly between the buses and trains. There's two bus stops near their place, one just catty-corner to their house and another just around the corner. This worked out ideal for getting around Perth without having a vehicle. Their Airbnb is nicely furnished, provides all the necessary amenities and offers one both privacy and plenty of natural light. We can't imagine renting from nicer people. We had several nice conversations with them over the time that we were there and learned a bit of the local history. The next time that we find ourselves in Perth this is where we would love to stay again. Thanks Pia & Paul for making our stay in Perth all the more wonderful. Our very best wishes to you both!

Beautiful space, and in easy walking distance to main shops, RAC Arena, and a lot of restaurants. The place was extremely clean, and just like the photos showed. The hosts were very responsive to messages, and extremely kind. I would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Highly recommend! The perfect place to stay in Cottesloe. The unit is in pristine condition, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunset view and walking distance to the beach. Tash’s place is so gorgeous and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Seb’s place was great for a long stay. Very comfortable. Great amenities. Seb knew I was working so provided a spare monitor which was so useful. The pool was fantastic. Best of all Seb’s advice about Rottnest Island meant we had an incredible day. Highly recommend!!!

It was a great stay at Donna’s. We like the area and it is near to eateries place and supermarket. The location is right in the corner of jackaderlake but we don’t get a chance to walk or have a picnic there as we were busy trying to organize our movement to overseas. We’d love to come back again whenever we visit Perth.

We had a wonderful stay at Karens place whilst we were in Perth visiting our family. The place is exactly as described and was actually even better than it looked on the listing. Everything we needed was available for our stay and the place was extremely clean. Communication with Karen was great and she responded promptly to our messages. The place was an excellent base for our stay and within short distance of anywhere we needed to be. We would for sure not hesitate to book next time we are visiting our family in Perth.

We stayed whilst we had renovations done to our home. It was a nice home away from home, even though it’s small it was set up great.

This is my second time staying at Nang’s place and it is always lovely. Super responsive and always helpful. The place is walking distance to Canning College and Curtin Uni. Highly recommended.

The Airbnb was in pristine condition, with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Super handy being able to have our dogs with us for the stay. Great location with nearby parks, shops and train station. Doug was a fantastic host, responded quickly to any communication and even gifted us a hamper for Christmas.

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

You certainly won’t be disappointed to stay in this home. Has a nice relaxed calming feel to it. Is very well set out & spacious. Such a quiet little cu de sac with friendly neighbours who give a wave. Love the front yard. Comfortable beds & couch. The house has all the mod cons that were needed. Jo was very responsive & helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The stay was mostly good. AC worked good and most things were of good quality. I was a bit disappointed by the small size of the refrigerator and small cheap trash bags provided considering the high price paid for the apartment. Insulation is not very good and you can hear the neighbors above walking around.

What a fabulous apartment, well equipped, pantry goods, all you need for a short stay. The electric bed was just the best, so comfy. Walking distance to cafe's, restaurants and train station. Great location, will be back.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect stay! The location is unbelievable, literally steps from the beach and some of Perth's best cafes & restaurants. It also felt very safe & was close to supermarkets. The property is so spacious, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The house has absolutely everything that you can think of to make it a home away from home - hangers, towels, coffee press, you name it it was there! The host is also lovely and responsive, check-in was super simple and stress-free. Will definitely stay again, thank you for a great trip!

Great stay in Freo! Jen was a really accommodating host that helped out with all of our requests. The place was incredibly clean, and a great location with a 10-15 minute walk to both nearby beaches and central Freo for all the shops and restaurants. We’d definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

Brian was a friendly and responsive host. The extra mile Brian went for our comfort, such as ice cubes, bread and milk on arrival, were so kind and so appreciated. It was clear he has a passion for being an amazing host

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!
