Everything we needed was close by, and it was a great spot to relax and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway!"

Family goes to a different lake every year for New Years. This one doesn’t disappoint as they provide plenty for group to do as far as games and out door space. They also are very well stocked! While we visit in the winter, I imagine this would be a great summer place as well.

Great place to stay with family. Quiet and peaceful… perfect to walk around and enjoy nature!! Adrian is an excellent host! Super friendly!

The house was very comfortable and well appointed—fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, kayaks for the lake and tvs in both bedrooms. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this house was one of the best—Abbye and Richard even had a freshly baked loaf of Morning Glory bread—delicious! The gorgeous view was great from the living room, the porch and from the deck. We had two evenings of fantastic sunsets—the sun set right across the lake making a perfect wine and cheese setting. We also loved seeing all the birds! There is a nesting flock of white pelicans right outside the cove—so cool. Nice flat area by the water for all kinds of yard sports and fire pit. The house is in a gated community with a pool, boat ramp and community center—Friday night bingo—and we had a great time walking through the neighborhood. Everyone we met was friendly. We liked it so much we decided to purchase the home and we will be keeping it as a short-term rental! We really enjoyed our stay!

If you plan a shopping trip to The Woodlands or a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, you must stay here. It is a great location, a quiet, safe, and clean neighborhood. This home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out with a large covered back patio. This place would be great for a girl's weekend in November at the Nutcracker Market.

PEACEFUL LAKESIDE This listing was absolutely what we all needed. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location. The house is spacious, and comfortable. We felt at home; so at home that once we got into the space we settled in and did not have to leave for anything. Everything that the Host wrote or pictured was on point. The neighborhood was quiet even with neighbors on each side and it was situated only a few steps away from a gorgeous lake just outside the back patio door. The Host was so responsive by returning every email or text within only a few minutes of me sending. Mr. Juan you said "it's your job to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasurable". Yes Sir, you did just that!!!!! You were an awesome host. Hope we can come back soon.
