Mollie was super helpful and has a lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to walk into Bristol easily from the house. It was perfect and I would recommend it highly for anyone looking to stay near Bristol!

We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

This is a lovely home from home and a perfect base for visiting Cardiff city which is a 25 min walk away or a 5/10 minute uber - Kath was very helpful and friendly and responsive - this is very obviously a home, which is lovely, and has everything needed for a stay - definitely recommend and we plan on returning.

My girls and Paula described the house as 'cute, cosy and homely' and 'excellent'. They had a great time staying there. Thanks for the flexibility too Jamie and Miles.

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

Had a wonderful stay at the property, the accommodation was perfect. Unfortunately it was only for one night, would have loved to stay longer. Plenty of room and facilities for the both of us but could easily accommodate 4. Great recommendations for eating out, we ate at old fire station, it was superb. Stayed here as me and my friend were running the bath half and some of our friends were coming to support, lovely air b and b, very spacious and nice rooms, a nice kitchen, living room and dining area. The host gave us some recommendations on places to see and things to do which was very thoughtful. She also wished us luck with the race when she knew why we were staying which was very kind. Overall a very lovely air b and b, near to the town centre and a good air b and b host. Would recommend!

We stayed for a week and walked miles every day exploring Cardiff and nearby Penarth. Easy to find. Quiet street. Parking outside the door. Super comfy beds. Large fridge/freezer. Jaymin was easy to contact when we had an issue. We do a bit of cooking and would have liked a few more items in the kitchen; wooden spoon, serving spoons, grater, colander. Recycling seems to be an issue but I think that Cardiff has a complicated policy so maybe that’s why there was no information about it. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city and the easy to use train services. Lidl is nearby and a small play park for kids.

Just come back from a two night stay in the Haybarn. It was very relaxing and comfortable and warm. Pippa was very communicative and responded to questions very quickly. Check-in was extremely easy and the location directions very easy to find. There was everything you needed in the property with some little added extras ie milk tea coffee sugar shampoo and things like that. Having the pool right next door to the living room was amazing although heated it was still a tad cold but you can’t please everyone not a complaint but personal choice. The bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen of a high standard. You would need to drive to local shops for provisions as too far to walk.

Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

A great stay in Andy's lovely, spacious and very clean caravan - perfect for a family weekend get away! We were able to spend plenty of time at the beach - about 25 mins away - and visit Kingston Lacy and Bradbury Rings for a lovely dog walk, then come back both evenings to a cosy caravan - everyone happy! Just wish we'd had more time to be able to use the tennis courts etc on the campsite! Andy was really prompt and responsive with communication too, which was super helpful.

We loved our stay at Gill’s place! A group of 12 of us meet up a couple of times a year for a reunion, and we’ve stayed in various accommodations across the South. This has been our favourite by far! The barns are even bigger than they look in the photos, with three spacious buildings and plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated, there are plenty of bathrooms and en suites, a large kitchen for hosting, a cosy living room with log burner, plus a wonderful garden, hot tub, games, and even a sauna! Gill and George are great hosts, communicating frequently before and during our stay. They also provided an extensive list of local recommendations, which we really appreciated (we’d suggest the Lime Kiln pub for lunch, just a 3-minute drive away!). Despite being on an A-road, the soundproofing is excellent, and it felt like a peaceful countryside retreat. We’d stay again and highly recommend it!

We had a blissful few days at Flint cottage. Wonderful kitchen to cook in, and multiple fabulous farm shops nearby. We ordered a heat and eat pie and a DIY breakfast pack for our first night, which made the start of the holiday so much more chilled out. The outdoor bath was also really special. We were so comfortable throughout we just relaxed completely. Can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful little place, in a beautiful little spot. We found a cute welcome basket on the table with a welcome pack and snacks. It’s very clean and tidy, with lovely decor. A good selection of additional amenities; great selection of books & games! The hot tub was a fantastic addition too! The garden area was very secure, which was a relief as we had our dog with us - he loved the place too! Lots to do, not too far of a drive to get to so many different places! The hosts were lovely, welcoming us as we arrived & gave clear instructions on how to find the property. I would highly recommend this little hideaway, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area! Thank you Gemma & Roly! :)

Three friends in their 40’s away for a short weekend. Perfect place to catch up. Pool was wonderful to have. Pub a stones throw away. Easy to stroll around the country lanes and fields. Very clean in all rooms and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Jacqui was on hand whilst respecting our privacy. We would return.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend

A perfect location for our short break in Somerset with 2 dogs. The villa is quirky, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space for families with a beautiful garden, sun room and great kitchen. Lovely walks nearby and we walked to the local restaurant the first evening for a takeaway. Took a total of 8 mins there and back! A great base for visiting the Mendips, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and Blagdon. A stones throw from Wookey Hole also, although we didn’t visit this time. I would really recommend this beautiful place. If you want to either kick back and relax, or walk and walk and walk - then this is the place for you. Thank you so much. We’d love to return if you’ll have us!

Wonderful home to stay in for a peaceful get away! 30 mins away from Durdle Door and 40 mins from Bournemouth. Would definitely recommend staying!

We really enjoyed our stay at Margaret’s. The location is excellent and easily walkable from the city centre. In addition, there is a pretty canal side walk into the city,, which we really enjoyed. There is a nice private garden too. The accommodation is clean and comfortable With all of the amenities described. Would certainly stay here again.

We used Yvonne’s bungalow as a stop over whilst travelling home after visiting family in Bristol. It was very easy to find despite being in a rural location, our sat nav took us straight there and the directions Yvonne provided were also very easy to follow. Upon arrival we felt right at home, the bungalow is very clean and homey and the grounds are beautiful, we were lucky to have nice weather so we took full advantage of taking in the lovely views and surroundings. Although we only stayed 1 night we definitely could have stayed a lot longer! We would not hesitate in booking this lovely bungalow again in the future. Thanks again 😊

The cottage is gorgeous and Virginie ensured we had everything we needed for a luxurious and cosy stay. The garden is perfect for a dog, and there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep!

Had a great stay at Annie's place. She made sure we have everything we need. Also had complimentary breakfast which is a bonus. The place is exactly what is described. Annie even gave us recommendations for places to visit and things to do nearby. Highly recommended host.

Utterly fantastic weekend for our family get away and celebrations - Fiona and Spencer couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Just a brilliant weekend which we’ll never forget. Best spot imaginable !
