We had an amazing time at the Gatehouse it was clean, huge and lovely to all have your own bathrooms. Beds were comfortable.The hot tub was lovely and ready to use. The childrens play equipment needs some maintenance but was fine for them to play on and they loved it. The only thing I would say and this is just personal was on the photos it looks like it's a property standing on its own but in fact is a shared plot with another Air bnb that they own and that's not stated on the description. It would have also been nice being as its a shared plot to have the garden completely fenced in as we had 3 young children and a dog! BUT like I said that's just my personal preference as I have vulnerable children so am more aware of things like that!! I would definitely recommend the property we are a large family and it was perfect! Would definitely come back! Thank you you made 3 little people's last holiday with us very exciting as all they keep saying is "We love the big house" ❤️

Stunning cottage, lovely outlook, very friendly host. Would highly recommend, and will Jo doubt be returning.

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

Absolutely perfect location to celebrate a 70th Birthday weekend with family. Property had everything required and the hosts really had thought of everything. Would definitely visit again.

This is such a wonderful place to stay, a great architecturally designed house with an amazing ever-changing view. Jane is a super thoughtful host and she has fitted out the house perfectly. Everything you need for a perfect stay. So good!

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Lovely flat with a very homely feel. Perfect base for a long weekend exploring the North Norfolk coast. Ver accessible for my husband, who cannot walk far.

We picked this location as it was a 5 minute walk from our office. We had an excellent stay, the apartment is comfortable and we felt right at home and would definitely stay again although the upstairs neighbours did seem to like making themselves heard in the mornings. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Inside everything is high quality, very clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal - it’s a few minutes to the centre with lots of restaurants and a few minutes from the beach and coastal path yet very quiet. Highly recommended. If you want a restaurant recommendation then look up Marmalades - the chef has spent time in many countries and the dishes have imaginative twists. If you eat meat then the lamb is cooked until it melts in your mouth. Lots of options for specific dietary needs too.

Mundesley provides a quiet, but lovely seaside experience with plenty of entertainment on offer. Brilliant local amenities within a stones throw of the flat, including beach, pub, amusements, park and bakery. Wonderful location with a sea view. Also a great base for exploring other local beaches and places of interest in Norfolk. The flat is modern, clean and tidy and provided everything we needed for our stay. Communication from Matt was very friendly, informative and helpful. Thank you, we enjoyed a lovely few days. Would recommend.

This was the one of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in: More than enough kitchen pots and pans, plates and bowls, knives, cutting boards, and a draining rack for washed items. Tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread, butter, and jam in cupboards and fridge. Comfortable bed, pillows, duvet and heating. Adequate power points. Good quality television and games. Great lighting and wastebaskets in every room. Also generous checkin and checkout times and friendly hosts. Easy parking at the front door and easy access to patio and beautiful garden. The flat was very clean, and Karen and Ivor were warm and inviting.

Leza is very responsive and friendly, the apartment is trendy and spotless, beds are comfy, two bathrooms. It’s a short walk to town centre yet it’s very quiet and private, the Namaste Indian over on Queens Road is a must. It’s a great base for everything, thank Leza for being a great host.

We loved staying at Beside the Willows. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the river on a private deck watching wildlife and relaxing. The private sauna was an excellent extra feature that we really enjoyed and added to a very special stay. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. It’s set in a beautiful location and we hope to come back and stay for longer next time.

We really enjoyed our stay in David & Fran's beautiful apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and the living area is fabulously comfy after a day exploring the local area. We appreciated the location - both for its quiet seclusion and its proximity to town, sea and lovely walks. David and Fran were responsive throughout and let us check in early which we really appreciated. My only regret is that our stay wasn't longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nicky was extremely quick to respond to emails and very helpful over arrangements. The apartment is ideally placed for exploring Wells; it's just moments from the seafront and shops. Everything is thoughtfully presented, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the gifts on arrival and the ease of check in, clear directions and the useful local information. We would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was close to the centre of Cromer and the sea. Emma made us feel welcome. I loved the decor with some of the furniture painted and stenciled by the host. Great to have access to a garden. Parking is on the street and we found space to park ok

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
