This is a wonderful apartment and complex. Tons of amenities, the unit is spotless and comfortable, and the location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again when in Sherman!

This place is super cute. A perfect place to stay in Durant with a short drive to the Choctaw Casino.

Great place to stay if in a bind, stayed for the weekend with my boyfriend and his son. Not too great of an area but it was a good spot for the weekend. Bathroom has a curtain and not a door so it feels a bit off. Beds were stiff but overall a good price!

I stayed here for a long period of time in the winter months, and it suited my needs for the affordable price I paid. This is a 10-unit ‘extended stay’ multi-plex. Overall the neighbors were very quiet. Only once did I have some noisy next door neighbors & the hosts took care of the issue promptly. Credit to them. Be alert: While walking around in this area, I noticed many aggressive stray dogs that would run up to strangers unleashed. They would bark seemed hostile. This may intimidate some renters who are elderly or with children. This is not the host’s fault, though. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

From the extremely helpful and communicative hosts to the thoughtful details in the space, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, hands down. The building was thoughtfully renovated, preserving the charm of the original space. The furnishings were comfy and the bed was super cozy. The bathroom and kitchen had all that we could possibly need. Everything was super clean. We saw a show at the casino and it was only a 10 minute Uber ride away. Great experience!

The location was easy to find. We had a small hiccup with our entry code to one lock, but it was resolved right away. The stay was so nice and made better by the stunning accommodations.

Wonderful stay! The property is ideal for a couple with pets, and I spent well over two months there. The dogs enjoyed running around in the large yard.

Cutest little apartment! The building was super clean & safe. Teddy was extremely nice and easy to communicate with! Will stay here again if we are ever back in Durant!

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was very quiet . The only issue we had was with the coffee maker. It really needed to be cleaned and they needed to have more towels available for used

Very cute room with a full size refrigerator which was very nice. Friendly check in and exactly as described. We already booked another stay.
