We had such a wonderful time at John And Kyla's place! First off, they are among the kindest people we've ever met. They are super accommodating and kept good contact with us the whole time. The heater to the hot tub wasn't working, and although we told them it was no bother, they promptly found a back up one the next day! they try really hard to make each stay perfect and it shows. Also, we had a decent amount of snow on our final day (we're from Florida and haven't experienced driving in snow) and John plowed the driveway for us and helped us get our car onto the road. He was so eager to help whenever we needed it. The space was also cozy and private, and was the perfect home base for our adventures. It was very peaceful waking up to the sound of birds every morning. We hope to be back again in the summer!

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

We took our daughter on a University of Colorado Boulder tour. The house was the perfect location as a jumping point for snowboarding and visiting the school. The house itself was the perfect vibe, and is actually one the reasons she now wants to attend Boulder - ha. I just have to let her know the dorms wont look like this. Great location, unbelievable house and gracious host.

The property is beautiful, quiet, remote. The snow was beautiful, the quiet was refreshing. *disclaimer though there are no consistent ubers lyfts, or usual fast food options in the area it is very secluded so go prepared but it is worth everything and the host are great responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Merredith’s place was amazing! The room and property are beautiful, and it is walking distance from scenic hikes (ranging from easy to difficult), Pearl Street, and great food! Merredith was so accommodating and truly put thought and care into every aspect of this listing. Cannot say enough great things about this place and host!!

Chris and Ling’s place was perfect for us when we were attending a family gathering in their neighborhood. Everything was very comfortable and there were lots of extra touches, including original art by Ling. The area is lovely and feels very safe. It is halfway between the airport and downtown, so it is easy to get to transportation, as well as to museums entertainment. It was nice to end our days with a soak in the hot tub.

My partner and I had a great stay! Once we got up the mountain, it was a beautiful and peaceful place to be. Their home was super cozy, and felt like the perfect get away. The drinkable tap water was a super nice perk as well. Thanks for having us!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Really enjoyed our time at the Basement Bungalow! It met our expectations from the pictures and we had what we needed to have a great weekend. Definitely recommend for couples wanting a quiet and cozy place.

Andy and Karley were great hosts, accomadated us when we asked questions, and were quick to offer help when we needed it. The place itself is incredibly charming. The views are SPECTACULAR (especially the sunrise) and the bathroom was very restful and rejuvanating. We brought two dogs with us, an 18 year old heeler and a 10 week samoyed puppy. Both were perfectly at home there and loved the private porch (as did we). We will definitely be coming back again when we next have vacation time!

We loved our stay at Lynn’s home when we were in Boulder to visit our daughter, a CU student. The location is perfect, near trailheads and also close to downtown/Pearl Street. We loved being able to walk two blocks to Goat Trail which connects to gorgeous Mt. Sanitas trail. We also loved her beautiful home which was immaculate, comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and lovely outdoor spaces, both the back patio and front porch with seating and views of Boulder. The neighborhood is so friendly and the views of the Flatirons are spectacular. Although Lynn lives upstairs, the space is private. And we loved getting to know Lynn - she’s an amazing woman who is also a famous rock climber! Don’t hesitate to stay here - you will love it!

Tom is absolutely incredible! I’ve worked with many hosts over the last year while working in the area and Tom is the best. The house is exactly what we needed and exactly how the listing described. I highly recommend you stay here when you are in the area.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

We had a wonderful time in Michael's home. We gathered in Denver for a college graduation and Michael's home provided a wonderful environment for a memory making weekend! I highly recommend this home and we'd definitely return. Wonderful setting and beautiful home!! Thank you Michael!

We had a wonderful stay at this warm and cozy condo. It was perfect for our family trip! One of our favorite moments was sitting at the dining table, enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the beautiful snow outside. The host was fantastic to communicate with and responded quickly to our requests for extra shampoo, body wash, and coffee, which we really appreciated. The parking was also very convenient—there was plenty of space for our two cars, and we always had a spot no matter what time we returned. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

I really loved my stay with Celia. This is a gorgeous spot in a great location- access to the bus to downtown, quiet, access to the pool, and super close to the creek path for running, walking, and biking. I loved Celia’s recommendations for local activities, and she was responsive and kind as I got settled in. I fell in love with Boulder here and plan to come back!! I’d definitely stay here again.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.
