From the initial booking until we locked the door upon our departure from the cabin, we could not have been more pleased with our choice in hosts. The superb guidance and instructions made for a very smooth process. The cabin was lovely, impeccably maintained and very user-friendly. The setting was marvelous and we particularly enjoyed the wildlife. We personally chose Nederland for our visits to town and found the distance to be short enough to be convenient but far enough to give us the peace and quiet we had hoped for. We had a delightful stay and we highly recommend this Creekside Escape. Thank you Jed, Damaris and Beya for helping us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in a manner befitting the occasion.

The Hen House was a great place to stay and I would love to come back to it. It’s very clean, quiet, and cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alex is very friendly, responsive, and a great host!

Met up here for a relaxing get away with family. Glad we chose to stay here because the house was perfect. Such a beautiful home in the perfect environment. The kids especially had a blast since the house was filled with toys/books. Thank you again.

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

A great house in beautiful location with outstanding views. Check in & check out we’re easy. The host is very responsive and always ready to help. The only downside was that the fire pit wasn’t operational, because of the technical issues. However, Prosper went above and beyond to make up for these troubles. Very happy with our stay!

I loved my stay here! I stayed here with four other people and it was the perfect amount of space. We loved that we each had our own room and everything that we would need for the weekend. Made it really easy to cook at home, so that we could go straight to the mountain early in the morning. Everything was really clean and functional.

LOVED THE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. Had a wonderful stay and Phil was very great at responding and had helpful instructions and great local recommendations for things to do around the area. Would stay here again and recommend!
