We have been staying at Ella's place for months now, always responsive and helpful.

Jordan was a fabulous host his communication from start to finish was so friendly and prompt and the flat was exactly as described , beautifully presented and immaculate . The views over the Tyne are lovely and it is about a 30 minute walk along to the great bars and restaurants along the quayside so you are away from the bustle in a quiet residential area . We were there for the unforgettable Caraboa Cup celebrations and could easily walk up into town , one of my highlights was a run along the quayside seeing the iconic landmarks in the early morning . Thank you Jordan for the thoughtful goodies on arrival ! Highly recommend this stylish and comfortable property and we hope to make a return visit .

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Linda was so so helpful. She was an amazing host and was so quick to help. Very grateful for her welcoming nature. She was the first stop on our Hadrians Wall hike and set the bar high for accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay in Gary's house. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with just a few minutes by foot to reach the sea. The modern interior of the house has all the comfort you need and Gary went above and beyond to make it childproof and adjust to our needs. We would come back any time. Thank you :-)

Stayed here as my house flooded. Matthew helped take some stress away by making it so easy to check in and the house was like being at home. Very quiet and we are looking g forward to staying again in a few weeks. Well worth the money

Stylish, spacious, very comfortable house in quiet setting with peaceful Marina views. Bright and light because of the big windows at the back. Exactly what it says ‘on the tin’. Had a relaxing 2 nights here and plan to come again when visiting family in Newcastle.

We had a wonderful stay in Durham. Irena is the perfect host, the best we've ever had on AirBnB! So helpful and friendly. The house is in a great location, a nice easy walk to the centre of Durham. It's a very well appointed house with everything that you could want. We had an issue when we were there that was out of Irena's control (a burst water main several streets away, affecting the whole area) and Irena was immediately responsive and helpful, offering us a later checkout if needed, so that we could sort ourselves out once water pressure was resolved. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you so much!

The property is very well maintained and clean. the hosts were great and very informative. the property has 3 spacious rooms which is good for a group of people or a family. will definitely be coming back to The property again when I come back up to Newcastle.

Second visit to this beautiful accommodation. Fabulous setting. Private and quiet. The accommodation has everything you need and more. Everything is so considered right down to the doggy beds and robes (not that we used them but useful for those that bring a dog), to the easy to follow heating instructions, the bread/jam, butter, milk, tea,coffee and the hall nightlight outside the bathroom (always think more places should have these! Highly recommended. Helpful and friendly hosts. We will be back. Thank you.

Lovely spacious place and felt at home from the beginning. Nice personal welcome from Richard who took time to show us round and explain everything. Lots to do in Morpeth, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loads to do in the area too and would love a return visit.

Really enjoyed our stay with Julie and Jamie. It was easy to find No. 15 and easy to park very close by. Jamie greeted us and showed us up to our apartment, which was clean and warm. He offered to help us with our luggage. They had made it feel very homely from the decor and soft furnishings, to the truly excellent human and dog welcome baskets. The immediate location is excellent, full of restaurants, cafes and pubs within 5 minutes walk. In the welcome folder is a list of recommendations on where to go with a note of whether they are dog friendly or not. Really helpful. The beach is literally at the bottom of the street and my dog loved maurauding around after the ball, Julie had kindly popped in the dog welcome box. It's about a 10 minute walk to Spanish City, along the beach/promenade or to the main street, which has some nice independent shops and an excellent craft beer tap room/bottle shop, Nord.

we had a great time here, sadly a cloudy day with back to back sunshine either side. we made the most if it and walked to tynemouth in the morning and whitkey bay in the evening for tea. had the best time. enjoyed the lovely lounge of an evening playing cards.

We’ve been to the area a few times and from now on will always check if Katie’s place is available. So beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, cosy and in an outstanding location with free parking! Right by Cullercoats Bay, and near great places for breakfast, coffee, food later in the day or drinks later in the evening. We had the best time. Katie’s communication was very proactive. She gave us great recommendations, and made us feel very at home.
