We had a great stay continuing our annual tradition of heading towards Lassen for our mid-winter break. We loved the hot tub and pool table. The house was nice and cozy and warm. Was nice to have individual units to heat each room, especially since we all felt comfortable at different temperatures. Fun start with great proximity to Lassen Volcanic NP and Eskimo hill for winter fun.

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

Exactly as shown, and then some. Cozy, quiet and well kept. Such a nice break from city life. Watched movies and enjoyed the fire place, took a 15 min drive up the road to Eskimo hill to play in the snow. Very small town, we enjoyed the stay so much we ended up extended it an extra day. Can’t wait to go back. Great host!

Great cabin! The host made sure to start a fire and turn on the hot tub before we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. We had great walks around the property with our dogs. Definitely a great space!

This Property was the perfect getaway for our family. It was exactly as described if not even better. It was clean, quiet, beautiful, peaceful, well stocked, and PERFECT for any family. I almost felt guilty for not bringing more people so they could enjoy it too. Highlights for our Teens and 10 year old was, the hot tub, the foosball table and the loft area above the game room. Highlights for me was the well stocked kitchen, the wood stove (plenty of wood), and the entire layout of the house perfect for a family. Highlights for my Husband, fenced yard for the dogs with a view, made bringing them along so nice! Nice TV that we barely turned on because we enjoyed the family time so much. FAST internet… we had probably 10 devices on at any given time and it didn’t slow down at all. I also could not of been more impressed with communication Before the trip and During. I got a response generally within 5-10 minutes, day or night. No matter the question. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great place to stay, very cool cabin close to the National park. Only issue we ran in to was the water pressure in the showers being so low we couldn’t shower. Other than that, everything was great!

If you have this place on your wish list or are considering staying here, DO IT! It's one of the most amazing AirBNBs we've ever stayed at. The home is lovely, the location was spectacular and the pool just takes the cake. We were a group of two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 2-8) Plenty of room for all of us. We visited during a time of bad weather which was fine because the house is so cozy and there was plenty for us to do at the property. The location is the perfect launch pad for lots of outdoor adventures. On the days we stayed in, the kids were easily able to busy themselves with all the activities and games in the house. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked well enough to support the meals we made! We stopped in Redding on the way in to get our groceries (as a heads up there isn't a grocery store nearby!) The neighbor was so helpful and even had some firewood available for us when we arrived. Can't wait to come back!

Or stay was great! The house was very clean and Lillian was very helpful with directions and getting the house situated for us! The location is amazing and on a clear night the stars are incredible. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was absolutely beautiful, It had everything you need. Most of the day we were out exploring the waterfalls and hikes in the area but got to relax in the evenings. I will definitely recommend if you’re trying to get away if your busy life and relax.

This is definitely a perfect getaway! I was roadtriping and stopped by Shingletown. Candess’s farm is huge and very beautiful. It’s for sure a wonderful place to have friends gathering, bbq, pool, animals, and all the natural beauty! The cabin is super super cute I literally screamed out when I stepped in, it’s exactly what you would imagine in the tales. Only thing was it didn’t have any service and I happened to get some work to do, and they kindly invited me to use the guest room which has internet. The night was amazing!

This is a fantastic mountain getaway location. The host was awesome and responsive. The surroundings were beautiful and majestic beyond belief. We recommend Rex’s in town for dinner, and do not miss Burney Falls. No pictures I have ever seen do it justice. This is now one of my favorite waterfalls ever. The cabin was cozy and rustic, like I was expecting for a mountain cabin getaway. Even better, it had excellent Wi-Fi cell service and plenty of TVs and games. There is no shortage of things to do, including having a campfire when allowable, or a fire inside the word burning stove. Nonetheless, we spent most of our time exploring the surroundings and hiking.

Great place! It was everything we expected. Got some fresh snow while we were there. Cute little neighborhood with a nice country store within walking distance. Overall great place and experience.

Very easy and pleasant stay at the south entrance of Lassen National Park.

I had a wonderful stay at Erica's Airbnb! The house was beautiful and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable trip. Looks bigger in the pictures though. The space was clean and tidy upon arrival, making me feel right at home. Perfectly situated close to local attractions which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Erica was incredibly responsive and had clear insturctions for check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The perfect cosy place for our family Thanksgiving. Michael welcomed us in person, showed us around the place and was available for anything we needed. Great place, great host!

The house is beautiful - clean and welcoming - we felt right at home! The kitchen is well equipped - and part of the great room that looks out onto the river - The beds are big and comfortable - very luxurious - If you are not familiar with the area- Wi-Fi is spotty - but that is par for the course when you are out this far - There is Ping pong and games to keep everyone entertained- We will definitely book again!

Carols place is nicely located near the town for food and near the Hwy, It was comfortable enough for two of us and was clean. Would stay again,.

We had a wonderful time spending at Trevor’s place. It’s a great location for you if you are planning to explore the lake. The property is in the quiet neighborhood, it’s really peaceful. Inside of the house is really clean, cozy, and comfortable. We all had a good night sleep during our visit.

Awesome Spot and awesome hosts

It was a good stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). I like the peacefulness of the place, outside shower and this veranda kind of thing. I think for a price it's a good place. I personally really liked there. Some things to be aware of for summer stay: garage is not available (well at least it wasn't for our stay) and there is no constant shadow for a car while it's super hot outside (well at least for us who got used to living by the ocean). The lake is very close on the other hand.

House was spacious, well equipped and well located close enough to Lassen. Kitchen was adequately equipped with pots and pans, basic condiments, and bathrooms well stocked with towels and shampoo/soap etc. Our visit was during an extremely hot period - most years under normal seasonal summer patterns, this place probably is ok without A/C. Our stay was somewhat uncomfortable because of extreme heat outside.
