Kate was a fantastic host. The accommodation had everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city centre but in a very quiet road and close to a brilliant pub. We will definitely check availability next time we return to Bath!

It was a great little spot for us and our two dogs. I highly recommend it for a chilled getaway. Check-in was super easy, and overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

We had such a fantastic time here. What a great place! Mel and her family have created a wonderful space for wildlife, bees, sheep and people in need of some time in nature. Sitting outside the tent on the decking watching the moon rise over the trees... seeing a red tailed kite flying overhead hunting... sitting around the fire by candle light chatting with my family... this beautiful space created just what I was needing. Thank you Mel! The tent was great. Mel has made a cosy, comfy haven with loads of character. It is a tent so it's noisy in the wind, as you would expect. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping. The wood burning stove made the place lovely and toasty at night. We were there in September so the evenings were chilly. I'd go to bed wearing lots of layers but with the warm duvets I always ended up peeling off layers when the bed warmed up. If there is any way we came come back to the area again we'll be staying here for sure.

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

Our stay at Lower Nill was so lovely! The hut is so well equipped, very cosy with some lovely touches. We really enjoyed the wood fire hot tub and the pizza oven! Jonathan and Jenny were both so helpful, helped us get the pizza oven going and the hot tub and were just generally really lovely! The farm is really quiet, nice to walk around. Slightly chilly time of year but we managed to get that winter sun one day, and with a coat and the fire pit going it’s lovely!!

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

Our stay was everything we expected and more, little treats were left such as a cake, Prosecco, a beer and a cider. It was great to have the simple thing too like dishwasher tablet/cleaning supplies/tea/coffee/milk/ shampoo/shower gel these made it so much easier! My only comment would be it would be nice to have a shower over the bath in the family bathroom, this is because all adults preferred a shower so we all ended up using each of the rooms with en-suites

a fantastic place , really is worth booking ! we were blessed with the sun shine so we were able to sit in the garden use the BBQ and hot tub, beautiful scenery in a beautiful setting we will definitely be booking again, Pam was so helpful gave clear direction on getting there and getting in the property. Daniel you have a beautiful place thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home. totally worth the money too

We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

Enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Old Forge. The cottage was exactly as described by Lindsay. Communication was excellent and there were clear instructions from the hosts. We enjoyed the light and airy living area, a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The cottage was warm and there was plenty of hot water. The outside space was beautifully kept. I looked at all of the rentals in this area before booking and this was competitively priced and well located for exploring the area. Look forward to staying again the next time we visit the Cotswolds.

I and my husband had a wonderful stay at John’s place. The bnb was as described in the listing and location was really nice & peaceful. John & his lovely wife made us feel comfortable and treated us with delicious sourdough and home harvest. They had couple of animals in their farm including white peacocks, horses etc. which were pleasing to look at. We hope to visit again sometime in future and would definitely recommend it to anybody searching for stay in the area. Thank you again for hosting us 😇

We had such a great time at Didi’s in Northleach! The location is amazing, nestled in the village close to nearby pubs, cafe and shop. Great for a group with a big living area and several bathrooms. Comms and self checkin were seamless. We would absolutely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The location was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room and Paul was so helpful leading up to our trip. A really beautiful house, with everything needed. Thank you so much!

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. His home is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. A fabulous layout which works well. Its location is handy for all the local attractions. We even had complimentary Prosecco and fresh milk and a huge bunch of divine white roses! Highly recommend this cottage. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Adam, it was perfect.

Ann is an amazing host, super responsive and she provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and even has created a local guide. The property is very well equipped with everything you need, even things you might have forgotten to bring. The house has character and is a bit quirky, given the historical nature, but all bathrooms are modern, there are Alexas everywhere downstairs and the sun room is beautiful. The AGA stove needs some getting used to, but there is a normal stove top as well and instructions are provided. The sunroom is lush and the hot tub was amazing! We didn’t use the pool (out of season). All together: great find, great property and Ann is kind and responsive! 10/10 would recommend!

We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Thanks again Farahnaz & Paul, We will be back.

Beautiful stay in the Cotswolds. Felt right at home in this lovely private space. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Lovely touches like books, games and even home made bread! Ros and Hugh were the perfect hosts and made sure we were settled and gave us some great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back :)

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Hilary was a great host, she greeted us when we arrived and we really enjoyed the handmade flapjacks. We were not brave enough to go in the pool (February) but it looked beautiful. The house was comfortable and had all that we needed. Really enjoyed sitting in the kitchen looking outside and seeing the deer.
