The apartment is convenient located within 10-15 minutes of the downtown area and came well stocked with amenities. Good base for exploring Sapporo.

This was a great stay. I would love to come back and stay here again. The host was super responsive and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. They gave us great recommendations for food and onsen.

Very responsive host. Place was very well appointed, comfortable beds, and clean with great local restaurants and access to grocery. We had some minor difficulty with check in, but host was very responsive, timely, and helpful.

Photos don’t do justice to this place! The interior is really aesthetics and beautiful! Stayed in a group of 5 and feels that the accomodation is really spacious too, with lotsa of room for us to chat or have personal time.

子どもと一緒に宿泊しました。 おもちゃや絵本が備え付けてありびっくり。退屈せずに遊べました。 水回りや寝室も清掃が行き届いておりホテルのようでストレスがありませんでした。 宿泊の予約のタイミングでもホストのMIOさんからこまめに連絡があり安心しました。 家族揃って快適に過ごすことができました。

nice charming place. lots to do inside.

We are five childhood friends from different corners of the world and met in Sapporo for a week of holidays , it took us a big of challenge to find a place will fit our needs. The Elm family stay is a perfect solution for us where is only 5 minutes walk to Metro, where will take you to Sapporo Station, and you can go any directions from there! The apt has two levels, brand new appliances in the kitchen and 2 set of Bathrooms. We had a great time together and enjoyed visiting the city and surroundings! The hosts are very kind and helpful, I highly recommend this apt !

We had a wonderful time playing in the snow with easy access to a bus line. The kids learned to ski at the Fu Snow Resort, we would definitely come back!

夫婦で洞爺湖温泉に訪れました。以前は湖畔のホテルに泊まりましたが、その時は他の滞在者も多く騒がしかった経験がありました。今回こちらのプライベート物件に泊まってる間はとても静かで夫も私も終始リラックスして過ごす事が出来ました。 湖畔までのお散歩も程近く涼しい風が気持ちよかったです。 他の方のレビューにあったボイラーが気掛かりでしたが、新規ボイラーが導入されており臭いや動作も問題ありませんでした。 また洞爺湖温泉に来る際には利用したいです。

We had a great stay! It was very easy to communicate with Satosan and she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and shared information on amenities in the area. The home was clean, spacious, and recently updated. We would love to come back for another stay!

Stayed here twice in our skiing trip. Great place near Sapporo.

このお値段で宿泊してもいいのか、、と思うほど素敵なお宿でした。 暖炉のあるお宿を希望していたので、火を眺めながらのんびりできて素敵な時間を過ごせました。 自然の中にあるので電波はなくなりますが、代わりにWi-Fiがあるので通信は問題ないと思います。 ありがとうございました！

素晴らしい滞在となりました。 温泉を楽しみにしていて、2.3人ずつ入れるのでおしゃべりしながらゆっくり温まることができました。 事前に聞いていた通りカメムシはたくさん出ましたが、施設が清潔すぎて私自身は気にならず。超がつくほど虫苦手な方は虫の出ない時期がおすすめです。4月はカメムシしか見ませんでした。 朱里さんは返信が早く、わからないこともすぐに教えてくれました。 宿泊の前後は支笏湖や洞爺湖で観光ができます。

日常を忘れて、心からリラックスできるすてきな時間をすごしました。 今回は夫婦ふたりでの旅。ふだんの生活や仕事のことを少しでも手ばなして、ゆっくりとすごすことが目的でした。出発前は、ちゃんと気持ちを切りかえられるかな？と少し心配もありましたが、この宿に着いて中に入った瞬間、その心配は消えました。 宿はとても清潔で広く、ほっとするような木のぬくもりを感じました。出かけて戻ってきたときは、自然と「ただいま」という言葉が出るような癒し空間でした。 観光の予定はあまり立てていませんでしたが、ホストのエリーゼさんがくださった情報と、宿にあったガイドブックのおかげで、近くの温泉にも行き、洞爺湖畔のジョギング、有珠山山頂からの美しい景色を楽しみました。 エリーゼさんとこのステキな宿のおかげで、本当にゆったりした心に残る時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

温泉は素晴らしく、常に湯加減最高！ 部屋も常に適温で、とても過ごしやすい。 部屋もトイレも風呂もキッチンも食器もとても清潔でした。 大満足でした。ありがとうございました！

Great place for a group. We were a family of four and had absolutely loads of space! The onsen was the highlight, but the whole house was very clean, comfortable and well resourced. Toshio was very proactive in making local recommendations and responded quickly when we contacted him once during our stay.

Amazing stay.. we had an incredible stay at Yoko’s place. From the moment we arrived, it was very welcoming, communicative, and make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, close to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The little touches made all the differences.

Awesome place to stay for a group ski trip! The house is way bigger than we expected with plenty of space to sleep 7 people in individual beds. Very clean and very responsive host. Would come back to stay again!! Be aware there is an additional tax required prior to checkout that isn’t included in the price.

It was a great staying, must visit next time!
